Booked a hotel on the Revato booking…Bunch of scammers
Booked a hotel on the Revato booking platform but now need to cancel.
THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! WHY?
Because all of the links in the confirmation email that they sent DO NOT WORK.
The hotel in question cannot cancel the booking, they insist that I contact Revato. The only contacts for Revato are email links that do not work.
This means that unless I get my credit card company involved, Revato will take the money in due course as there is no way to contact them.
WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL.

False Advertisement
Booked accommodation for NYC and charges were not what was advertised and the margin of cost was much higher. Addressed this with the 5 star hotel we booked and unfortunately the responsibility lies with the website and nothing could be done on their end.
Would not book with them in future

Total crap what they advertise on their website is not what you get. I didn’t even go onto the website it just redirected me to it. Very disappointed when booked into my hotel only to find out the rooms where nothing like advertised. Never use them ever

Very disappointed wth Revato
Very disappointed wth Revato. I booked a room in a resort in bali for 3 persons. I booked a suite with 3 beds. When I spoke to hotel I was informed that Revato's booking was only for 1 person. (who would book a suite with 3 beds for 1 person). There is no way to contact REVATO as it directs you to hotel. In order to stay in this resort I had to pay the difference for the 2nd and 3rd person. Do not trust REVATO , its a joke.

Hello, sorry for the delay we did not notice that there was a Revato page opened on Trustpilot as it is technically just a direct booking technology built by HotelsCombined not a service or product. All bookings are made with the hotel directly and you should have been able to resolve any issues you had with the hotel. We have tried to look up any bookings under your name for Bali resorts or any emails to our customer service and cant find anything.
