This is a great system. The airlines lost our luggage on an overseas flight. But with return me the bag was turned in and Returnme contacted me so I could get the bags back to me.
Great service that works well.

My keys were lost for almost two years. I would say that the best part of this process is the follow-up. Had the finder not received a follow-up email, this would not have come to such a happy ending!

Someone took my coat at a conference and reported the incident via my ReturnMe key tag. It worked! I signed up for the service half-expecting to use it; clearly, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I am not very computer savvy and was having some problems with ordering my free starter pack with my Return Me renewal. Sarah was so helpful and even was kind enough to send me 4 tags, one for my dog (who likes to run) and one each for my camera, cell phone and key fob. She is really a great employee and Return Me Tags are such a wonderful idea!! Thank you I really appreciate all the time and patience and being so polite and helpful. Sarah you and your company are the best!!! As I live in Norfolk County, ON and the CAA here does not have Return Me Tags, I am so very glad I can continue to use your service. Keep up the good work!!

I had a lunch meeting with a client and unexpectedly left my laptop bag at the restaurant. Because of the ReturnMe tag which I actually debated removing a couple weeks before they contacted me an I got my bag and laptop back. I also ensured I gave a thank you to the staff.

Great product at a reasonable price. I lost my tag one time and it was returned to me at no cost as promised.

It was super helpful when i lost my backpack and when someone found it, it was easy for him to reach out to me

I left my purse at a local restaurant. I didn't realize I had left it for several hours. I saw on my emails that Return me.com had received a call from a woman at the restaurant, the server. She saw the tag and called them. I then called the restaurant and went back (with a friend since I couldn't drive) to get the Black Purse. I greatly appreciated the server contacting Returnme.com and she kept my purse safe in a safe. I had a fair amount of cash in it, along with my credit card and drivers license, so it was a big relief to find it and get it back safely.

The tags are well-made- I've used them in the past.
the only thing I'd like better is to be able to have them sent to me with my demographic info on them so that i'd only need one tag on my bag. I am hoping I'll never need their functionality, but know that I am well protected.

I panicked when I couldn’t find my set of keys to open the door after returning home from shopping at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. My husband called the shopping centre’s customer service and reported the lost keys. The staff member said she had received a bunch of keys from someone and asked us to come in to check whether they were ours.

When we went there, the kind lady at customer service showed us the keys, and we were relieved to find that they were indeed ours. She also mentioned that she had already informed the “ReturnMe” service. Shortly after we found the keys, I received a call from ReturnMe to confirm that we had recovered them.

We were amazed by the quick and efficient service, as our lost keys were found within a very short period of time. We truly appreciate this service and would like to thank everyone involved for providing such a valuable and helpful service.

After my backpack was stolen from my car I assumed all was lost, but ReturnMe allowed someone to find it discarded in the street a few blocks away. Although they took my laptop, I was able to recover everything else including a treasured photo of my kids I keep in there. This wouldn't have been possible without having the tag clearly shown for someone to notice and use.

I signed up for ReturnMe in a what-the-heck-way, not really expecting much. But I did misplace my wallet and, sure enough, within 24 hours, someone had found it and replied to the instructions and I was notified where to retrieve it. It couldn't have been quicker, easier, or more reliable—about as good as it gets. I was surprised and grateful.

Thank you Return.Me /Lost & Found. For sending my lost order (placed 12-13-2025) with my 2nd order, (placed in January 2026), via Fed Ex with tracking. I have received both orders as of January 21, 2026. My review is 5 stars because the issue was resolved. A little advice to customers: pay for the Fed Ex shipping. At least you have a tracking number.

Thankfully, I haven't had to rely on ReturnMe for something lost but am thankful they're there. The free tag was such a great surprise so I can now protect 1 more piece of property.

ReturnMe Lost and Found has been a great company to work with. They have a great product for helping to return lost items like luggage, keys or phone back to me. Luckily I haven't lost anything to have returned but I have their product in place in case I need to use it.

I called to clear up some confusion in my mind. A representative answered and was very helpful. My questions were answered and now I am happy.

Have been using their products for past couple of years. It is a very good concept. Wish they were to have packages with assorted tags rather than just the basic ones.
