Web site says free resume writing Sure it helps write good resumes but when you finish writing you have to pay. That is not FREE. You can't print, download, email or share until you pay. That is False advertising as I see it.

The website is very straightforward
The website is very straightforward. You get to pick the areas where you upload your résumé- if you have an old one- or you make a new one. You get feedback on your résumé and help with the cover letter. For the introductory price, definitely worth it and has really great customer service (Sebastian AP). I just wasn't able to use it for the industry that I needed because they are looking for particular buzzwords and decided to work with real humans face-to-face.
