Super evil scam website DO NOT USE.This website is a complete scam it advertises itself as "free" I did my resume, seen a paywall.I dont want to pay for this so I will copy and paste the paragraph I wrote but this scam blocked screenshots spiltscreen and copy paste.Worst website I have ever used in my life.

Check your credit card statement, they continue to bill.
I purchased thier product and it worked great, however once I canceled they continued to bill me. Then I spoke to a customer rep who stated they would cancel my membership which they said was already cancelled. That made no sense, even when I logged it they said my membership was canceled. Very shady to say the least.
Then to top ot off, they said I would have to pay for another month even though I had the free account with them. I would highly encourage people to check thier credit card statement.
Very deceptive billing practices in my opinion. Needless to say I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge. Not a company I would recommend nor do business again.

Great Service, but unfortunately no solution for me.
Even though Maggie S could not find a direct solution for my problem, their help was very much appreciated and thorough. I only have the browser based version of Microsoft Word, so when I downloaded my resume it was not displaying properly. It somehow converted improperly making the document 192 pages long :(. Maggie was helpful and took the time to try and get me a download that would work for me in our chat. She also forwarded my issue to their tech team. Grateful for the time and insight they gave me.
