Staff are friendly and nice. Not sure with the less than 2 minutes total actual service for full brazilian and underarms though. Hoping for good results.

Constantly cancelling appointments last minute, can’t contact head office or get refunded on services you can’t get done. The staff don’t care no effort to fit you in just shrug and say I can fit you in mid week

Do not visit! I had a completely botched anti wrinkle job done not once, not twice but 3 times! Their customer service is terrible as well so save your money and go elsewhere

Paid for a package for laser hair removal for my forehead as my hair had started to grow unevenly and between my hairline and eyebrows. After 1-2 sessions, I had a clearly noticeable bald spot in my hairline the size of a $2 coin, where the clinician had assured me was being effectively blocked off from being targeted. It took months to regrow, and I forfeited the rest of my package sessions because I no longer trusted the branch to do it properly. I was not offered a refund at all, or any sort of apology, just shrugs by staff. Won't be back

DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!!
Serious concern regarding prepaid package policy and communication practices.
I purchased prepaid laser packages in good faith, which were later declared expired without use. I was informed that reminder emails were sent; however, after thoroughly checking all email folders, I did not receive any such communication. Also, they would not give appointments and cancel them without notice.
When raising this issue, the response relied entirely on internal system dispatch logs and policy, rather than addressing whether the notifications were actually received or whether the communication process was effective in practice.
Despite escalation and clear concerns about loss of prepaid services, no flexibility or goodwill resolution was offered, and the position remained strictly policy-based.
Given the nature of prepaid consumer services, I am now seeking external guidance regarding my consumer rights in relation to disclosure, notification effectiveness, and forfeiture of unused prepaid value.
I would advise others to be very cautious with prepaid packages and ensure they independently track expiry dates, as reliance on reminder emails alone may not be sufficient.
In addition, I found the staff handling the matter to be quite rude and lacking empathy, with little willingness to genuinely understand or assist with the situation.

Tuggerah shop — don’t waste your time booking with this store. They are happy to take your booking, only to cancel at the last minute repeatedly, which is extremely unprofessional.
I’ve given them multiple chances, but once again my appointment was cancelled. I called to discuss alternative options, however the operator sounded disengaged, vague and unhelpful.
Unfortunately, based on my experience I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and sourcing a more professional provider.

They called me because I had an appointment, but I told them I couldn't come because I wasn't available. They gave me an appointment for the following week. I went a week later. If they had told me the appointment date would expire if I didn't show up, I would have gone sooner. My $120 was wasted. May it be cursed.

Im really disappointed with this clinics service specifically the head office. I couldn't continue to complete my underarm in my paid for package because the heat from the laser had set if some dermatitis near the area. Having two sessions left i continued on other areas as advised but wasn't told to contact head office until last session when they where no help at all in even trying to make up for the cost paid. At least to put it towards something else.
I kept getting generic answers from amani whose never seen me before telling me its not their problem because its not there fault..
Their customers service and care for patients is terrible.
They just want the money and dont seem to have great experience in care of actually knowledge of skin.

Dear Team,
I am writing to share my experience from my appointment today at your Melton clinic(woodgrove shopping centre) at 4:50 pm.
I have been a customer with Results Laser Clinic for the past 8 years and have always had a positive experience until now. During my full-face laser appointments, I usually request a slight adjustment—excluding the forehead and nose, and instead including the chin. This has never been an issue before, including at my appointment less than six months ago.
However, today the staff member, Liz, informed me that the policy has changed in the past six months and that such adjustments are no longer allowed. This was surprising, as I was not made aware of any such change, and my recent appointment did not reflect this policy. Additionally, the way this was communicated felt quite harsh and unaccommodating.
I was also disappointed with the quality of the treatment. As my appointment was the last one of the day, the session felt rushed and not performed with the level of care I have come to expect over the years.
I would like to highlight that my previous visit was excellent, and I had even left positive feedback for the staff member who treated me at that time. Unfortunately, today’s experience did not meet the same standard.
I kindly request clarification regarding the policy change and ask that you review the service provided during my appointment. I hope steps can be taken to ensure consistent service quality across all staff members.

I’ve spent thousands with Results Laser Clinic over the years, but my recent experience has been appalling. I had every intention of using my packages within the allotted time and had my appointment booked for more than two weeks, with the appointment before the expiry. They then cancelled my appointment 4 days before my appointment.
When I tried to rebook, they offered only two slots on one specific day. As a full-time healthcare worker who also participates in an on-call roster, it is professionally impossible to find shift coverage or navigate my schedule with such short notice. Despite the clinic being the party that cancelled, I was blamed for the expiry. They claimed I had "plenty of time" because treatments can be 4 weeks apart, yet their own website recommends up to 6-week intervals—especially in later stages of a cycle. They are effectively using their own clinical guidelines as a loophole to avoid honoring paid services.
While the local clinic was unhelpful, the Company Management (Head Office) was worse. After using their formal "Contact Us" pathway, I was told that they have to cancel customer appointments "all the time" and that I shouldn't "waste my time" contacting them further because they would not grant an extension under any circumstances.
Don't be fooled by their generic replies to reviews asking you to email "specificemailadresswithinforesultslaser". I have already been down that path, and the representative I dealt with was incredibly condescending and dismissive.
It is unacceptable for a company to force the customer to bear the financial brunt of their own staffing issues. They have no interest in customer retention once they have your money. Save yourself the effort and go elsewhere.

Never enough staff in the clinic, expected to answer calls and walk ins and deliver treatments, running late and rushing service as a result.

I undertook 14 session of laser hair removal for my face (with approx 7 including my neck), over a period of 2 years, at Results Laser Clinics (RLC). Unfortunately, due to their false advertising and refusal to inform me of any risks that are associated with laser treatment, I now have to deal with excess hair growth that is thicker and much worse than when I started.
I reached out to them in February asking for a refund and compensation given the permanent damage as well as a request that they correct their false advertising and warn clients sufficiently. My concerns and emails were ignored. Below is a copy of the letter I sent detailing everything meticulously:
"I am writing to formally demand a full refund of the total cost paid (approx. $570) and seek appropriate compensation for laser hair removal services (face and neck) conducted between June 2023 and May 2025. This demand is based on misleading and deceptive conduct and a major failure of Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Misleading Representations
At my initial consultation session, I was explicitly promised that the laser would "kill the hair follicle" and that 6–10 sessions would result in a permanent reduction requiring only annual maintenance. At no point was I informed of the risk of Paradoxical Hypertrichosis (stimulated hair growth) or that facial hair would require "indefinite" treatment. This sentiment continued throughout my 14 sessions of treatment, despite my raising of concerns that I noticed minimal difference in hair reduction and that my hair was growing back fast.
The contradictory explanation provided to me in February 2026 – that the area is "hormonal" and treatment never ends – proves that the clinic either lacked the necessary expertise for treating facial hair or intentionally withheld material risks to induce me into a long-term contract.
2. Failure to Provide Services with Due Care and Skill
Technicians repeatedly skipped areas and I had to constantly request that they go over areas again. In one instance I came back the next day for a re-administration of the laser session because they had missed large patches across my upper lip. Most significantly, a technician burnt off the baby hair on one side of my forehead. I immediately ceased treatment at that point given how concerning this development was. When contacted to book another follow up session I reported the incident and cited it as the reason for my refusal to continue with Results Laser Clinic, and also noted that I had done more than the required 10 sessions. Though I refused to provide photos for personal reasons, I offered to come in person and show the affected area as well as submit a more formal report. I was never contacted again. This lack of professional oversight is unacceptable and dangerous.
3. Current Status & Consequential Loss
Since ceasing treatment, the hair on my face, which was actively targeted by the laser treatment for 14 sessions, has regrown thicker and more visible than before treatment began. I have paid approximately $570 to receive a result that has actively damaged my appearance, with no way to rectify the result unless I seek further, much more expensive corrective measures. Had Results Laser Clinics truly been a responsible service provider with adequate experience in the field, they would have not used such misleading advertising nor concealed the crucial information regarding hair regrowth, indefinite treatment and risks from their clients and would have positioned me to take very different action. I know I would not have undertaken laser treatment had any of this information been divulged at the initial consultation session.
Required Resolution
I require a full refund of all fees paid plus a written proposal for compensation for the distress and the physical damage caused (the stimulated hair growth).
Should this matter not be resolved by 20th of March, 2026, I will immediately proceed with the following:
Statutory Reporting: A formal report will be lodged with the ACCC regarding your clinic's misleading advertising and the Health Complaints Commissioner for unsatisfactory treatment and negligent service leading to permanent damage.
Legal Escalation: I will lodge a claim via VCAT to recover the funds and seek damages for "consequential loss" under the Australian Consumer Law.
Public Interest & Social Disclosure: I will be sharing a detailed account of this experience (including the "hormonal" contradictions, poor, inconsistent service and the stimulated hair growth) across social media platforms, Google Reviews, and local community forums.
I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to avoid further escalation."
I am now proceeding to escalate this matter.
Staff are friendly and nice. Not sure with the less than 2 minutes total actual service for full brazilian and underarms though. Hoping for good results.

The staff were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, such as greeting customers.
The service was completed within five minutes and proved to be entirely ineffective.

I posted my review expressing my dissatisfaction five days ago and received a response from Result Clinic asking me to contact them by email. I emailed them on 9 January, but until today I have received no reply at all.
This makes me question whether the response to my review was an automated message or a sincere apology with real intention to resolve the issue. If you genuinely want to help, please provide a direct phone number and the name of a person I can contact to discuss this matter properly.
I will continue to update this review so others can see how the company handles customer concerns and whether it truly values its customers. Thank you.

I previously purchased a prepaid package, which has only recently expired because the clinic I normally attend (Airport West) did not have any available appointments to book me in during the busy holiday period. I called the head office for an extension but they didn’t help me. They just gave me an email to send my request to customer care. When I contacted customer care to request an extension, I received only a brief one-sentence email response stating that it could not be done due to “company policy.” This was truly disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal customer for many years. This was the first time I have requested an extension and I did not expect this level of customer service. Scammer behaviour!!

If I could give Minus 100 stars I would. DO NOT BUY PRE PAID PACKAGES FROL
THE SCAM COMPANY! they hide the fine print that you only have 3 months to use them (not the assumed 12) customer service at head office is disgustingly rude and even if you try and book 4 months after purchasing packages she will say they will not honour it and you have forfeited your funds. Buyer beware this place are scam artists and will all close down with how they operate mark my words.

DO NOT GO!!
Results Laser Clinic does not care about there customers, they are not helpful and are SUPER rude.
I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and i tried to extend my laser session just one time as it was about to expire in 4 days and I'm out of town and can't get to a clinic and they told me I wasn't able to extend. So my hard earned money that I have paid for this package is going to waste.
HOW DISGUSTING!!!How is that good customer service? How on earth do they think after an experience like this I will be a returning customer? Well I won't be and I won't be recommending RLC to anyone I know. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
