Fast, Efficient & Accommodating …
I've worked with Respa Beds for many years and this year we replaced all the old beds in our Hotel in June 2022. Everything went according to the Plan. The Team who worked on the day to move the old beds out and new beds in were fantastic... fast, efficient and accommodating. Its always a pleasure to deal with the Respa Team from the Office Staff to the Sales Team to the Guys on the Floor on the day!!

Mattress was comfortable to begin with but had very obvious dip/sagging within a few months of use. Disappointing for the price paid.

Unhappy
We find the mattress very uncomfortable due to the fact it seems to sink more at the edge then it does in the middle therefore it causes me discomfort. We had to exchange the first bed within the first 4 weeks due to mechanism problems.

Bitterly disappointed in new Dorchester
Bitterly disappointed in new Dorchester 1200 mattress. Dipped BADLY on both sides. Did not recover it level, even when not slept on for 17 days. DEEP rise in centre of mattress. EXTREMELY uncomfortable

Happy to buy my Respa mattress
Happy to buy my Respa mattress, the only problem I have is the hurting in the top of my leg bone, I sleep on my side, either side the same happens, cannot understand why, so hence only 4 stars.
