Customer support is fantastic

Customer support is fantastic, i can't fault it! I contacted Resooma to enquire about my energy bill and how I could bring it down & the staff were super supportive! They advised me on where I might be using more energy. Which enabled me to bring costs down! Highly recommended 👌🏻

Awful avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!

Awful. They charge us a fortune and now they want even more money from us in the final bill!!! A year after leaving the property!! Not just that, we sent meter readings every month on time and they have ESTIMATED our final bill.

Disgusting company. And what’s the story one second I’m talking to resooma the next I’ve got an account with billing better. I didn’t consent to two party’s.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY (resooma or billing better) IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE HOME.

Resooma/BillingBetter/HomeBox thieves

I used resooma in April 2022 to October 2022, they charged me for electricity when the building worked on a top-up meter which they were aware of when I signed up. Tell me why they charged me for electricity claiming that EDF received the payments? Tell me why I called EDF and they said they can’t set a direct debit on a top-up account because the system recognises it’s not possible?

Fast forward a year and a half later I am still waiting for these incompetents to refund me over £200 that were misused. All my emails and calls have just strained my mental health severely. On top of that, Lewisham Council almost took me to court because Resooma didn’t pay my council tax bills to them. I was asked to resolve it myself. Their representative told me in September 2022 that they would investigate the refund and to this date I still haven’t received the refund.

Absolutely appalling and disgusting, in this cost of living some are starving and Resooma just enjoys putting customers through hell driving them to the edge. Now I’m being told they will investigate with EDF and their accounts department to see what happened… a year and a half later! This should have been reaolved upon the closure of the account. This process might take up to 3 months by then I will have been waiting almost TWO YEARS FOR A REFUND!!!! Why can’t you just refund me the money, and then find out which idiot effed up the account and take a loss. I shouldn’t have to suffer their negligence

Customer service

Elle has given us great customer service! She has been so helpful with our meter readings and bills and answers all questions that we have in an amazing time period! I would definitely recommend speaking to elle if you have any troubles with bills
