My daughter and her housemate arranged utilities through yourselves 05/09/2022-12/09/2023 with Octopus as the supplier. Over the last 11 months she has had various emails from Octopus threatening legal action for non payments of bills, current £1100. She has shown me her bank statements and I can see you have taken a monthly direct debit of £87. When she had her first letter, she contacted Octopus, who advised her to contact yourselves, which she did. On calling you, you advised her to contact Octopus. Today she had another email from Octopus, threatening court action for unpaid bills. I would like to discuss this further, as it is causing her distress.

I had a great experience setting up the bills for my student flat with Reesooma. I was put into contact with Stefan over WhatsApp after getting my free quote and they were super helpful at talking me through the process of signing up and answering all of my questions very quickly. After I had signed up with my flatmates I got put into contact with Elle and we had a 10 minute phone call where all of my final questions were answered and she sent me over all of the information I needed to put my mind at ease. I had never had to organise bills and utilities for a property before but the people at Reesooma made sure it wasn’t stressful and guided me through. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent Customer Service
We've been using Resooma for the past year and we've decided to renew it for another year! Being in a shared household can always get a bit complicated to split the bills, but with Resooma everything is so easy and each tenant gets their own Direct Debit. No more fights!! The customer service is excellent and they were able to answer all our questions, shoutout to the amazing Elle that helped us on the phone!

Good platform for splitting and managing bills
My flatmates and I have been using Resooma for two years now. Everyone gets an individual direct debit and, although I have had a few issues with logging in to the platform, customer service is always super quick and helpful. Thank you Elle for helping me out recently!
