Stop bothering people over and over again calling so many times in one day is very overwhelming, stressful and extremely frustrating feels like harassment for a small amount owed
Dealing with crippling problem debt is the worst thing to experience. I was struggling to make ends meet and my anxiety was so bad that I couldn't speak to anyone without having a breakdown. I did receive letters and a visit from someone which was scary, but they were friendly enough and wanted to understand my situation. Their online system made it simple to set up an affordable payment plan without having to speak to anyone.
They also sent regular settlement offers to help me pay off the debt faster and at a reduced rate.
