Harassing calls

Stop bothering people over and over again calling so many times in one day is very overwhelming, stressful and extremely frustrating feels like harassment for a small amount owed

Dealing with crippling problem debt is...

Dealing with crippling problem debt is the worst thing to experience. I was struggling to make ends meet and my anxiety was so bad that I couldn't speak to anyone without having a breakdown. I did receive letters and a visit from someone which was scary, but they were friendly enough and wanted to understand my situation. Their online system made it simple to set up an affordable payment plan without having to speak to anyone.
They also sent regular settlement offers to help me pay off the debt faster and at a reduced rate.

Jordan was extremely helpful and listened carefully to what I was saying. He was very informative and was keen to find the right steps forward. I look forward to chatting with him again and putting the right plan into action. He is a credit to your company. Thank you.

Alexander feedback review

Alexander was helpful and as I explained I initially thought it was junk mail.
Accepted that information was probably right as it went back a long way and didn't realise.
He was understanding of my circumstances and I agreed to pay the lesser minimal amount.

My account was passed to the company…

My account was passed to the company from another company whilst I was on a payment holiday due to being inbetween jobs. This company made no telephone contact with me but sent someone to my door. Very distressing tactics indeed!

I was a little worried at first

I was a little worried at first, but the call handler handled the call amazing. Everything was put in place to help me and my situation i am greatly appreciative as everything was delt with the best way possible with the best outcome possible
