DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They told me they “refunded” me my order months ago and despite me reaching out to them, they will not help. I never got my refund. I have contacted my financial institution and even they are saying there is no history of a “refund” from them. Absolute crooks and beyond despicable. Will be taking this further and they will be held responsible.

Beautiful bag
I was a bit hesitant before making my first order with Coltorti but the price was great and I decided to give it a go. It arrived in only a few days after I placed an order and the Fendi bag I received was beautiful. It would be even nicer if the original plastic on hardware was not taken off. Best online purchase ever
I am super happy about my first purchase at Coltorti Boutique. I was very uncertain whether to risk buying online from the online store that I have never heard yet. I could found the feedback on purchase with shipment to Lithuania, and I give it a go. And I hope my feedback will help to make a decision to other potential customers.
What I noticed, the shop provide opportunity to pay via different ways (card, paypal, etc.) and purchase itself took several minutes only. Then I got in contact with the support team of boutique, it was very responsive. Even though the dispatch took quite a time, the support team was in touch with me explaining the details if I emailed them. As my delivery was likely to be performed on the day when I would be away on the business trip, I managed to change the delivery date of my purchase with DHL.
One more important point for me, that the money from my bank account had not been credited, unless I confirmed the purchase with the delivery service currier right after my return from business trip.
Not saying that the price of my MMWeekend coat was the best comparing to other online stores. Thank you very much for a nice purchase experience with Coltorti Boutique!
