I started working with them in the first months of 2020, after reading in forums about companies to resell domain after years and years of telling my clients to "buy the domains anywhere you want".
I use ResellersPanel to resell domains and VPS only (as I resell shared hosting with dedicated servers in other provider). The reseller panel is very good, the Hepsia panel is far away betten than Cpanel. And the support is the best one I ever experienced. They reply in minutes and fixing whatever situation you have.
I've been working as a web programmer since 1997 so I have used and experienced several webhosting companies for dedicated servers, managing the domains from my clients or just shared hosting where clients have signed up.

This is the best hosting experience I have had. The server interface is advanced and as a UX it stands out as being more rationalised and easier to work with, especially if you are doing complex web builds and developing digital ecologies. What makes this customer experience stand out is the exceptional support which comes with the server space. They are polite, efficient and knowledgeable. In my experience the level of expertise is exceptional which results in timely responses to sometimes obscure issues; they are helpful, pleasant to work with and informative. The support staff make the difference between an accessible digital asset and a depersonalised technology which is a pain to work with. I have no hesitation in suggesting people come here for their server space, having worked with a range of alternatives - some of which have just become out of date, some of which have underinvested in their support staff, some of which zealously upsell you or lock you in at every given opportunity, and some of which are just a pain in the neck to use. My impression is that the Hepsia team have a modest confidence in the quality of the product and service they offer; and quite rightly so.

From the outset, it became apparent that the company's representatives were disinterested in providing genuine assistance. Instead, their replies were marred by a pervasive air of condescension, as though my concerns were beneath their attention. Their tone, reminiscent of a sardonic jest, aimed to belittle rather than to empathize or comprehend.
What struck me most was the palpable absence of basic courtesy and respect throughout our correspondence. Rather than engaging in a dignified and professional manner, the representatives resorted to maledictions and insolence, revealing a disconcerting lack of decorum and a disregard for the principles of customer service. Their words were like barbs, directed at my person, tearing at the fabric of civility and exacerbating my already mounting frustration.
It is regrettable that such behavior was exhibited by individuals who purportedly represent the company's values. Their conduct stood in stark contrast to the standards one would expect from an organization of purported repute. Their lack of tact and refinement undermined any confidence I had placed in the company's commitment to professionalism.
As a discerning customer, I believe it is crucial for companies to value the importance of respectful and courteous communication. Disparaging remarks, delivered with an air of superiority, have no place in a business environment striving to build trust and foster lasting relationships with its clientele. Regrettably, this was an opportunity squandered by the company's employees, leaving me with a sense of disillusionment and a resolve to seek alternatives elsewhere.
In conclusion, my experience with the company was a disheartening reminder of the importance of professionalism and respect in customer interactions. The representatives' disrespectful, sarcastic, and impolite demeanor showcased an alarming lack of regard for basic courtesy. I implore the company to reflect upon the ramifications of such behavior, as it undoubtedly undermines their reputation and erodes customer trust. As for myself, I will be seeking solace in the arms of establishments that value their customers' dignity and treat them with the respect they deserve.

Try it before you believe the rating, I am 100% confident to say they are the BEST. The quality of service is really good, for the price. The costumer service is exceptionally good. This company encourages and assists hackers knowingly. Their support is absolutely horrible with the way they communicate and treat people. I am shocked that they exist, but truly believe they survive off illegal activities.

Resellers Panel makes it incredibly easy to become a hosting reseller. You can become a reseller completely free of charge, but even if you choose to brand your reseller site with your own domain name and purchase the basic private DNS cluster, it still comes out to less than $3.00 per month to operate your reseller business. Support is virtually a non necessity but when required they are extremely fast at answering tickets. Domains are registered and functional I might add almost immediately, something I haven't found anywhere else. I have a free reseller account with them branded with my own domain and basic private DNS cluster and I also have a VPS with them for my IT services company, with absolutely no downtime. Any issues that I have had have been my fault but they have still been very helpful in correcting the issues. Search all you want you will never find a host like this one.
These guys' attitude is very wrong, They are insulting to serve you. I was not comfortable hosting the site only took 2 months of services and I am afraid to continue!

Due to that emails are going to receiptant's spam box, generates phishing emails by malware codes and websites/domain/email addresses are getting blacklisted etc. As per them, It is client's responsibility to take care of his/her websites if malware issue raise.
We cannot purchase 3rd party malware protection service as we are not provided SSH root access service. As a customer, we have to just stay busy managing our websites our own!
Apart from this, Pricings are fine, features are great, server-up time is great. Ticket response is great. No issue at all in that regards.

I wish they would improve their support, they are really rude sometimes. They are very fast. There is no doubt about that, but they are not as efficient or they are rude, there are also times when they tell you "there will be a ticket" But I feel that in those points they should improve. I wait and answer me.
I am NOT offending or intending to insult, I am just giving my opinion about him. In addition, there are times when the truth threatens to suspend your account. The truth is that well, they are just questions, If they are supposed to be the support. They should answer in detail, I understand there are questions that are obviously private.
I really like the service but I feel that this aspect should be improved. They should be nicer no matter if it's fast or not. What matters is that they are respectful and kind.

was very rude, i asked if they have a dmca ignored hosting and he accused me of wanting to host illegal site as a reseller that question is a normal question to ask so i can tell my cusotmers and create apolicy for my company, i asked for help he was inexperienced and i have to figure it out my self and responded poorly, he also claimed that i abused the ticket system because i kept rasing question due to the fact that some plugins where not working and i wanted to ask him why and he said i was abusing it, also threaten to cancel my plan with no questions asked and he did, without taking backup he cancelled my plan, worst experience ive had in a long time reselling web hosting,

Its the most unprofessional webhost I have ever had, been a customer with them with a reseller account since 2016 and the last years been a nightmare for us. sites done e mail never works and they blame customer
We provided to them proof of a double billing on our account and it was a very large amount, they refused to credit our card back and when we told them by law they had to refund our mobey they lock us out of our WHM and informed us that they no longer wanted us as a customer.
Dont trust them they are going out of business ill bet on it.

I'have been in online business for over 20 years and never have I experienced a more rude and unprofessional support. I sent 1 mail to them and got a REALLY rude answer back. I tried to to quote the answer here but TP doesn't let me use that language. Stay away from this company.

I design web sites and host clients sites on resellers panel. I have been with resellers panel for about 10 years and have never had a problem. Don't believe all these crazy negative remarks.
The first time I tried ResellersPanel was in 2007, at that time payments from my country are very difficult and mostly blocked by merchants due to high possibility of scams. The ResellersPanel team helped in this regard and since then I am glued to their service. I often try out other service providers but always find my way back to ResellersPanel. I cannot emphasize enough how simple the Hepsia control panel in comparison with cPanel and others, anyone with basic computer skills can manage their website with this control panel. Customer support is top class, you will only get this kind of support if you pay some premium on top with other service providers, but ResellersPanel offer the same level of support for free. I only had one occasion where the agent was a bit rude due to a misunderstanding, or just maybe someone was having a bad day, which is normal. Apart from that, customer support is 5/5. There is constant upgrade and improvements to their entire control panel, they can only do better by giving more template options (non wordpress). Thank you ResellersPanel for the many years of excellent service, please keep it up!
