The Most Advanced Free Reseller Agency

By far the most advanced free reseller agency. Their platform is quite complex, yet simple to use and easy to manage all your clients accounts, domain names and billing transactions with little effort. The user experience is also well structured in that everything can be done from a single location. Customer support is most times prompt and always willing to assist if necessary. My only scrutiny is that their front end reseller templates could be a bit more intriguing.

ResellersPanel Customer Service is Genuinely Outstanding

I am new to the world of web design, web hosting, WordPress, etc. I have been an affiliate with ResellersPanel for a long time. All my sites are hosted with them. Since being new to all this, I have made many mistakes while learning. Every single time I have reached out to the ResellersPanel Team they have responded in a timely and professional manner. There are times I am sure they are frustrated with me, but they continued to help until I was satisfied. About a month ago I started to market and sell web design and hosting to my clients because I am comfortable and I trust the ResellersPanel Team will be there when I need them. Thank you ResellersPanel. It is sincerely appreciated.

I’ve been using ResellersPanel for…

I’ve been using ResellersPanel for years as I run a large IT firm. Very reliable service, never let me down. Their ticketed support system is fantastic with swift solutions to the kind of issues that can crop up when you manage a large number of client’s websites, registration and hosting.
With regard to servers and server locations these guys have it completely covered so wherever you are based, your website is speedy.
Finally the pricing is very fair and reasonable. You can easily compete with the likes of GoDaddy etc as they all charge extortionately for “add-ons” which are actually mostly already included in the bundles Resellers Panel offers.
Please don’t change Resellers Panel, you’re superbly great as you are!

Very risky hosting service

It is one of the worst hosting services available. They are based in eastern Europe and are clueless when it comes to supporting web hosting clients. It is like talking to children dealing with their support staff as they are highly incompetent.

The servers have serious security flaws and are quite easily hacked. Trust me I know ;-)

Don't subject your customers to the risks of a dodgy host like this.

We couldn't find your account or any emails under your name in order to determine which aspect of our services has disappointed you. We always strive to improve all of services and if there is anything wrong - we would like to know what it was so that we can work on that and improve it.

With regard to our servers' security - we haven't had a case of a hacked server in years. Majority of the security issues we have seen are related to settings on the client side - outdated scripts/plugins or disabled (enabled by default) security features. If you have any info about problems with our servers, we would love for you to share it with us so that we can act upon it as soon as possible.

One of the poor hosting service provider ... due to there customer support agent, one of them is Mr. Paul Bosco & Misha Sabeva

Does not know how to handle customer tickets .... very poor ... the team on support ... don’t help you solve problems ... they just blame you ...

UPDATED: My issue was successfully resolved

UPDATED: After creating a new ticket, my issue was successfully resolved. Seems it was all a misunderstanding. Thank you for support!

I've been using ResellersPanel for a few months now. Everything has been fine so far, some minor bugs here and there, which actually used to get resolved pretty fast. But just recently, I started getting errors with phpmyadmin in all cPanel accounts. I'm locked out of almost all databases in the various cpanels. This is causing problems with my clients as they too can't access their websites. They all keep throwing an error "Error establishing database connection". I sort help from stack overflow and all developers said I should contact my host. The guy who responded to the ticket was Darien Menethil. He was extremely cold and not helpful at all. I sent him resources on how to fix the error with proof but he just didn't care. It seems to me that they get blunt once they run into problems they are not sure about. And they try to act like the problem is not on their end. Currently seeking an alternative

The single worst customer service I’ve…

The single worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They are extremely rude, don’t help you solve problems, but continue to give you the run-around. Almost like they are laughing about it in the office. It’s despicable, and I really hope you don’t waste your time with this company

Happy ResellersPanel customer!

I've been hosting websites for clients for 20+ years now, so I have tried more hosting firms than most people out there, including BlueHost, Godaddy, Hostgator, Dreamhost, Namecheap, and a bunch of other companies from around the world. Here's my experience in brief.

1) 24x7 chat is easy to promise but tough to deliver

Bluehost and Hostgator suck at 24x7 chat. GoDaddy offers clunky 24x7 chat, manned by a team in interior India who lack comprehension skills and expertise, which results in a poor quality of support. In my experience, Namecheap and ResellersPanel do a fantastic job of 24x7 chat, both companies are manned by quality support persons from Europe. Hint: When the support person is a European based in Europe, it's a whole different level of support! *insert heart signs*

2) ResellersPanel has an edge over Namecheap:

In my experience, ResellersPanel scores over Namecheap in 3 areas.

a) ResellersPanel offers Free Comodo SSL. Namecheap charges a high price for Comodo SSL but it is free when you host on ResellersPanel. As a support person assured me when I was skeptical, "Even if you host 50 domains, all 50 get the free Comodo SSL". That's awesome!

b) ResellersPanel has a stated policy of responding to tickets within 1 hour.
So far, the average response time has been 15 minutes! Namecheap has no such stated policy.

c) ResellersPanel's hosting fees are more attractive than Namecheap's.

I am a ResellersPanel customer and loving it! :)

Reseller Panel is a great opportunity…

Reseller Panel is a great opportunity to provide an all fitting package. However, there have been a couple of hick-ups in the past, where servers have been changed, memory has been upgraded, other details had to be modernized. These changes have not been as smooth as promised / expected.
On the other hand, the support provided is mostly quick and very appropriate, some of the staff are going the extra steps which help and provide the tips and hints to get all back and lead to end-customer satisfaction.
Looking at the duration of being on the market, and considering the actual fees charged to resellers, there are not many comparable alternatives.
My only suggestion is to not treat a reseller "just" as a customer. We resellers are in the same boat like the Reseller Panel company. If we have non-satisfied clients, they will leave and we have no business to bring to Reseller Panel, we need to work a bit closer together.

Bulk domain purchase options

ResellersPanel in great (4 Stars) & would have liked to give ResellersPanel a 5 star rating, but cannot.
My problem with ResellersPanel is that the domain purchase window confuses prospective buyers by showing bulk domain purchase options.
Because of these bulk domain purchase options, I offer only .com on my ResellersPanel account, doing so, causes the bulk domain purchase options to be disabled.
I would love to offer all the available domains on my ResellersPanel account, but would only do so if I had the option to disable the bulk domain purchase options.
