Company vanished when I requested exchange status.

Company replied and created even more of a mess.

They are still including incorrect sizes in my new order, yes somehow. When I followed their exact procedure to exchange my items.

Not to mention they are sending me a pair of pants I never asked to be exchanged. So they are losing money because they simply don’t pay attention.

How can a company be this utterly
incompetent?

I cannot believe I am having to write this.

Company emailed me offering me a $30 gift certificate for their lapse which was nice of them however what they did next is astounding.

They sent me an order confirmation with all of the original sizes I sent back go exchange for larger sizes.

You cannot make this up.

Apparently the only way to get Represent to reply is to post on here.

I’m beside myself I never even wanted a refund or gift certificate just the larger size items.

If not resolved by today I will be forced to file a claim with my bank

Sent an order in for exchange following their exact protocol. Received items on 04/14, initiated exchange on 04/14 when I realized items were too small, and sent back same day using their provided pre paid postage.

Never got my exchange items or refund.

Company stopped responding to emails when I asked numerous times about the status of my exchange. Emailed them a total of 5 times. Received a response to my very first email “requesting a photo of the proof of receipt at USPS,” once I sent this photo they completely went radio silent.

The irony being that their US warehouse is literally two cities over from me. My exchange items arrived back to the within 1 day of me shipping them back per tracking.

Do not trust. You can all read other reviews and see the mess they have in their home country of the UK getting packages to customers.

Represent used to be a staple in my wardrobe. Ever since there expansion to the US, I’ve noticed a major decline in there logistics. Myself and my girlfriend received the wrong item in our item 2 times. Although the products have always been good, the customer service and logistics need some sort of revamp.

Best customer service!…

I already gave a review recently about an online order I made and it never arriving. Not Represents fault as the courier had lost my order. So I’ve decided to give another review (which I never do) as they were absolutely brilliant and sorted it all out within a day or to without me even realizing. By the time I checked my emails the replacement order had arrived! Best customer service I’ve ever had, thank you so much!
