Wrong Item Delivered
I ordered 3 t-shirts and as with previous Represent orders, the product quality is absolutely first class.
What definitely isn’t first class is the fact that one of the t-shirts was the wrong product - the t-shirt I ordered was not delivered (the bag label showed the correct t-shirt, but the bag contained a completely different t-shirt - ironically one I already have from a previous order).
So now, through no fault of my own, I had to go through the hassle of returning the incorrect t-shirt and either cancelling or waiting ages for the correct t-shirt I’ve already correctly ordered and paid for.
So the service and quality control unfortunately doesn’t match the quality of the clothing.

Cheap quality material
I bought one of their hoodies and it was nothing like the image on the website . The hoodie fit two sizes too small, the hood itself barely covers your head, on the website it shows these large hoods. The sleeves are so tight you cannot pull them up on your arm. The quality of the hoodie is cheap and very thin. I would not recommend this product for the price. It should be sold for about $20, which is high for the quality.
