Very wasy to order the item i wanted so im extremely pleased with this company I ordered the item and it was being delivered very quickly
Well I rang customer services and the lady from repair outlet found the part I was after straight away. I had already ordered this part from another company and it was incorrect part. Paid over the phone and received before midday the next day. It fitted and is working fine now. Would recommend this company 100%
The cable worked, unfortunately battery ( that was replaced the day before & working fine ) doesn’t work which I ordered from somewhere else
The service is great, didpatch and delivery was quick and price was more than reasonable. However on this ocassion, the product I ordered has a flaw. I have ordered a new 3rd party, aftermarket, non-official screen with a frame for a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for my brother to replace it, as he has damaged his screen leaving it non-finctional. The flaw was with the side power button. The small board was not secured properly and is popping out, making the volume down button and the power button non-functional (thankfully I did not have back glass adhesive on me at that moment so I could have made a temporary repair to make the buttons functional). While I understand that when buying non-original parts, they're not going to be the same quality. However, quality and actual fuction are 2 different things. The frame wad already made from plastic (instead of aluminium), which for the price is fine, and the screen was a cheaper OLED, which made my brother lose the phones 120hz refresh rate capabilities, which is fine again for the price. However, I still expect for everything inside the frame to be functional on the inside, this is the one area you can't cut corners with. Additionally, the screen is not that cheap either. So on this occasion, I am disappointed. And sadly, I cannot return and replace this product, since my brother requires a functional phone for everyday use. I will try and find a workaround to fixing the button board permanently to the frame, however, this should have been done by the manufacturer. I am not solely blaming Repair Outlet for this mistake, this 8s more a mistake of the manufacturer and supplier. however, Repair Outlet should have better quality control measures in place, to make sure that parts supplied to them have been tested and work in accordance to description. I hope that no one else has a similar experience, as I know for most people, their phone's contain their whole life and when something is damaged, it just makes the experience that much worse. Aftermarket parts should hold the same level of quality control as OEM's, since the one corner they are allowed to cut is cheaper quality display and frame material, everything else should be top notch and compatible with the phone you are trying to repair.
Dcent parts fit perfectly as expected.
Good delivery time also
I was sceptical that a part can be both cheap and reliable but I have to say those fears were unfounded.
I bought a switch card reader daughterboard, took 30 minutes of being careful with replacement and it worked like a charm.
A shop tried to charge me £95 for it and a second repair shop said £75...for a £15 part and half an hour "work" which an experienced person could do in 10 minutes.
