Our Samsung Tumble Dryer had failed and was generating a loud banging noise. Hayden from Repair Guys was scheduled for initial triage visit, where he arrived on time and in line with text message updates. He stripped the machine and found fault with a Vent Fan, which he had a replacement on the van. However this fault had also caused consequential damage to the Motor and had to be ordered. We waited around a week for the part to arrive and reschedule for a second fix appointment, which was completed successfully. Overall happy with the repair, no fuss or long winded forms. Repair Guys worked directly with Samsung Warranty efficiently and effectively to repair my product.

Scott arrived on time and got straight to work. He replaced the main pcb in my LG television. He then set up my television to receive both satellite and digital channels after doing the Web os software update. Scott was very polite, professional and informative. Matthew came, he saw and he fixed it! Did exactly what was needed did the correct tests and checked that the appliance didn’t have any fault codes showing. No fuss no drama.

I had ryan come to fixed my washing machine, he done a check on the whole machine to make sure it was good. A* service, would use again

Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Explained the issue. Advised what sorts needed to be ordered and approx how long they would take ect. Second appt booked once parts were in.. I sadly then had to cancel the appt last min and rebook.
Attend to fit parts took all the cardboard and rubbish with him. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs to appliances
