Matthew attended my property today to fix my washing machine. It was very helpful to receive a text to say that he was on his way.
He solved the problem super quick and gave me some helpful advice too. Thank you.

Matthew came at 5.30 on Thusday instead of Saturday he unfrozen the freezer after his inspection he didn't try to tell me i needed another part he said it had come to the end of its life and would just freeze up again. He was polite and very helpful explaining everything to me.

Matthew arrived on site on time very helpful would certainly use again thank you

Mathew has now visited at least on 3 occasions and on each occasion has resolved our problem quickly and without fuss.

I am very happy with the services received today. Matthew arrived promptly, was courteous, helpful and left the kitchen as he had found it. He quickly identified the problem with the fridge freezer and contacted the company to organise a replacement.

Hayden was exceptional in the service he provided.
On both visits he was extremely helpful in changing the timing of the visits.
He kept me in touch and as promised he contacted me 30 minutes before he arrived.
He was thorough in diagnosing the problems with the machine and repaired it as new on the second visit.
He was very careful moving the appliance and left the area tidy and clean.
A real pleasure to deal with someone giving this level of service which is so sadly lacking in these times.

I had an issue with my oven over the weekend when the glass bulb cover broke and scattered pieces of glass over my food. I contacted Samsung first thing Monday morning to report the problem. The representative I spoke with was very apologetic and helpful, and they immediately put me through to the repair centre. I was told the part would be ordered and fitted once it arrived in stock.

Shortly after speaking with head office, Matthew, the engineer, contacted us directly. He let us know he already had the part on his van and could come out that same afternoon to fit it. Matthew explained how the issue might have happened and completed the repair quickly and professionally.

I highly recommend Matthew for any future repairs — he clearly has excellent knowledge of the products he works on and provided outstanding excellent service 10 out 10

Prompt and efficient resolution to a damaged new fridge. Communication over timing of the site visit was excellent with Matthew then arriving exactly when he said he would and quickly dealing with the problem to my complete satisfaction.

Mathew came on time,was very friendly and didn't take very long at all to diagnose the problem. The repair guys are always very good thats why Domestic and General use them. Mathew has been to my house before and he does a good job as as a customer I'm very happy. I had a 3 hour time slot but he always messages me when he's on his way.

Mathew came to my house was polite, knowledgeable and fully investigated my issue with the washing machine.
He then made a full explanation of the issues and what I needed to do to fix the problem.
He treated me with respect,and he attended my house exactly when promised.

Scott attended our property today to replace faulty part in our TV. Scott was on time, knowledgeable and fixed our TV without issue. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if ever needed

Insurance provider passed me to the Repairguys to fix the TV, the issue was fixed but TV was damaged by the engineer (cracked the the TV frame) and the company denied responsibilty saying they did not open it but they put it on TV rack and open the back of the TV holding the side in while I'm watching and blame it to the age of the TV.

Scott was excellent, so efficient and tidy. He had my tv fixed in no time. Thank you so much Scott. :)

Matthew has been out to my washing machine several times now as I work it hard. He came again this morning, he’s helpful, very polite and always explains what he’s doing. He’s also incredibly patient with my adult son with autism.
