I was having issues with password reset and camera access. Emailed numerous times received many instructions and wasn't able to make it work. After one call to customer service(which I didn't know I could call). Rep solved issue in much faster time. Problem solved thank you so much.

Had issues with connecting doorbell to my Bell Wifi. Chatted to online support. They asked me to set up camera with LAN wire to router first to set up wifi which seemed to work. Will now try to set up doorbell with existing doorbell wires (not PoE).

Very quick replacement under warranty.
The reset on my E1 zoom camera wasn't working. I contacted support, and after exchanging emails, the warranty replacement was accepted. I received a free return label. The new camera (brand new and identical) was shipped immediately.
Excellent customer service
The worse customer service ever experienced
Even though Reolink is one of the best manufacturers of security cameras, their customer service is the worse I have ever had. I made a wrong order and called them about 5 minutes after placing the order, but they did not pick up my calls. I followed immediately with emails to cancel the order, but they responded to my messages after a week had passed and after the order had been received. I replied to their email, and it took over a week again for Reolink to respond to my email. I was tired of the back and forth exchanging of emails, so I eventually reported them to my banking institution for a refund. My recommendation for anyone who wants to buy reolink cameras is to buy from Amazon.com to make returns easier. Don't buy from reolink.com.

Very difficult techincal situation and the staff worked me though it perfectly.
Thankfully didn't ask if I turned off and on again.
the technician did not make repeat steps I had already done before reaching out for assistance. They provided additional possibilities for a fix that I did not have. They also provided easy to follow steps to attempt the fixes.

they don't understand how to deal with a customer. I had already expressed that I did not want to have any further discussion. Reolink products and customer service is the BEST!
I’ve been a Reolink customer for over 10 years. I have used many different security camera systems at my homes and business, including very expensive professionally installed systems, and found Reolink to beat them all.
Reolink’s systems have great features, are easy to install, and most of all are very reliable. This is important for remotely monitored locations. I currently have 5 NVR’s running with over 35 separate cameras, so I really rely on them.
Also, their customer service is incredibly good. They have people available by email that are experts, and they respond very quickly. I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t resolve.
One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Reolink cameras and doorbells
I have 10 Reolink cameras a door bell and an NVR I am amazed at how good they are, the quality and reliability is great , they are great value and easy to install also and no subscription required unless you want cloud storage . The door bell is new but the rest of the system has been running for 2 years no issues

This company is not second to best, only the best. Their products are better than those from Lorex. Their support team is always responsive and deals with the matter in record time.
These CX810 cams are NOT 4k resolution
These CX810 cams are NOT 4k resolution by any means. The maximum is 800x600 on a bright sunny day. Just to see someone's face clearly, the person has to be within 15 feet of the camera. I can literally look out my window and see a person closer, than what these cameras do. It's like, objects in camera are a lot closer than they appear. But if you try to zoom, forget it. These cams are the welfare brand of security cameras.
