Fantastic experience' deep tissue massage really helped me out. Medhi really has magic hands!

I had a full body massage. Absolutely amazing. Jade was highly professional from the beginning to the very end. Being a massage therapist myself in the past, I really appreciated her approach and techniques. I will definitely be back and can strongly recommend to my friends.

I had an assisted stretch and a deep tissue massage session and I have to say it was fantastic! Mehdi who worked on and with me was superb, extremely knowledgeable and had great technique. There was constant rapport which meant that I was not stretched to breaking. I would highly recommend Renuvenate and look forward to my next session with him.

Jade was absolutely fantastic. She spoke with me about my lifestyle experiences, such as exercise, work and suggested things that I might find helpful. The massage was amazing and I actually fell asleep. Just the right amount of pressure and she checked in with me from time to time to see if I was OK. The appointment started at the scheduled time which was nice, no waiting around. Feeling looser in my limbs and back not so painful. Will definitely go back. Thanks Jade🙂

I have been suffering with sciatica for around 6 months and went along for some work on my glute and back which had been particularly painful that week.
Mehdi listened to my problems and got to work with some stretching (which felt amazing) followed by a sports massage. I can honestly say you have made such a difference in reducing the pain in my back and glute already! I have had such a better week and am keeping up with the stretches you advised. I cannot wait for the next session.

The team at Renuvanate are very helpful, knowledgable and kind. I have been receiving treatment for a 3?year old knee injury and the progress I’ve had since joining has been amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone with long load ting joint injuries!

Renuvenate is the place I have been looking for for ages! So glad to have found it. I had the sports therapy with consultation and from start to finish it was professional, friendly, helpful and the treatment is probably the best I have ever had and I have been to many places including deep tissue massage, physios, osteopaths trying to help with my various muscle and running injuries.

Edward was brilliant. What I liked about him is he actually spent the time to listen to my problems and asked really good questions to help decide what the best treatment was. I will definitely be a return customer and can not recommend this place more highly for whatever massage / treatment needs you have!

Excellent first time experiencing wet cupping. Therapist Edward was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable.
