Rahna was fantastic; she was incredibly supportive, had an excellent knowledge of fragrances, and provided thoughtful recommendations with great patience.

The Italian and Egyptian sister i met at Westfield helped me pick the perfect oud for me. Very friendly and took the time to go through each one.

The package arrived promptly, and I was informed throughout the delivery process. Plus, it was securely packed.

The experience at Brent Cross was fantastic, largely thanks to Nadia, who was exceptional. Amour Heaven is a stunning fragrance, and I'm considering purchasing more once I finish my current bottle. The stall exuded a charming atmosphere, and the staff, especially Nadia, were delightful as she patiently introduced me to their various scents.

This is the best perfume oil I have come across very strong and long lasting and they gave a variety of scents to choose from. I got Arabian cashmere and berry blossom for my daughters in battersea and was served by Hasina she was so sweet and friendly and represented herself and the brand very well. Wishing all the best.

They were extremely responsive with helping me on my order after I entered the wrong shipping information and only noticed several hours after, when I messaged them, Mathew replied to me almost immediately and corrected my address on the shipping label. I felt immediate relief as their scents are not cheap.

I received my order on time, packaged nicely and securely - and the scents were lovely and well worth it.

Lina was super nice and charismatic she offered me a wide variety of options and was extremely helpful. I purchased the scent jaline, beautiful scent.

Very pleasant smell and it lasts very long

I was amazed by the berry blossom perfume which lasted 24 hours or longer and I loved the customer service aswell I felt welcomed and heard by Nadia and I surely will come back for more. Nadia was amazing, she made the experience 10 times better

I recently made my first purchase online and I had messaged them on Instagram for some advice and info they were so attentive and responsive and helpful ! I highly recommend I also love the products and the smells of the perfume I have definitely would buy again and highly recommend !
