The communication was great
The communication was great, we received all information via WhatsApp, I think this is a very great tool! The pick up place at the airport was easy to find and as we got picked up from the hotel the driver was on time!
We even got a fancier car (upgrade) without charging us!
Our first driver was very very nice and did everything so that we arrived as quickly as possible at the hotel.
Even when we wanted to pay by card and the device didn’t work, it was no problem at all, we were given the option to pay via link or when we will be picked up few days later. Very accommodating.

From the minute we arrived to Istanbul airport as a family of 4 adults and three children, it was amazing to find the driver timely waiting for us and greeting the family to a good start
Check in the hotel which was amazing choice, followed by site see which was recommended by Behram
All in all, I’d highly recommend the company Reno/Tala for future trips

Such a good company to use for…
Such a good company to use for transfer, we were scared at first as we didn’t know what to expect but this company was very professional and kept updating via WhatsApp. We used them for both airport to hotel and hotel to airport both times were great and will definitely be using them again.

Istanbul Pickup and drop off
The service provided includes operations, contacts, drivers details and pickup times was great.
The only advise I recommend to add the exit gate number for the passenger when they arrived to make it easy to find you by sending via message to passengers

Friendly driver
Friendly driver, responsive customer service, but the veto car not clean both time we used it. First time dirty from outside second time from inside. They should improve this

Trustworthy rental company
Easy to book. Good price. After booking we received name and phone number driver AND car license plate! We booked a van. Very convenient; with wifi and bottles water. We booked a return: both times they were in time . Just excellent!
