Airport transfer Istanbul
Booked an early transfer with a 3.45am collection from Hotel to the Airport. Driver arrived on time in the vehicle we had booked and the transfer was smooth and professional. Communication with the company beforehand was clear. I will use this business again in the future.
Fraudulently overcharged by the company…
Fraudulently overcharged by the company when checked statement. Raised the issue with them but it’s been over 2 days and they’ve ignored me.

Probably not your first choice
I paid my round trip to the airport. Big surprise the driver asks me to pay back on my way back to the airport. 4am in the morning and unable to join the customer service the guy escorts me to the ATM. Of course I am very mad and leave a bunch of bad notes in the social networks.
Customer service complains about me leaving bad notes before they Can give me a solution… they claim it was human mistake, according to them. We get into a discussion, they say they will reimburse me but don’t even bother to ask for my PayPal or bank details…. Almost a week they haven’t contacted me… I will not fight for 35 euros! Keep them… but I am telling my story… and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this.

Reliable, friendly service. I rated them 4 stars last time on the SAW airport pickup due to confusing meetup point. It was my fault because I did not watch the video provided. If you watch it, it is clear and easy. This time a 5 stars for them!
Super airport transfers
We were very happy with our transfers. More than that the adjustments made multiple times as our flight kept changing due to an issue with the airline. But the RENTO TRANSFERS was really really warm n accommodating to all our requests. The vehicle was clean. N drivers were safe.

Avoid. Unprofessional and unfriendly service. Booked for a hotel - airport transfer. Received confirmation. Had to change pick up time. Chatted via Whatsup. Change confirmed. Confirmed again 45 minutes before new pickup. Company confirmed again. Received driver coordinates a few minutes prior to pick up. Driver did not show up. When I called driver after the missed appointment he confirmed he is still 40 minutes away. Chatted with company which insisted pickup time was different despite 3 messages from them confirming new time. Almost missed my flight
The worst experience ever!!!
The worst experience ever!!!! I was delayed to my flight because of them. The driver was swiched 3 times. The drivers and the ones working in the customer service provides the worst they can as if you are paying them stones not money!!! The trip was supposed to be at 5, they came at 6. The whole time i was trying to reach them out to get a concrete answer for reason of the delay, and no one was cooperating. I had to live 1h in stress to finally catch a random taxi from the street.

Every thing from booking to airport pickup and drop was smooth and user friendly and easy to navigate.
Face no issue at all eventhough I reached airport at midnight.

Bad, book someother!
I would not recommend Rento service to fellow travellers from my country or any other person who is coming in and out of Istanbul. Please see the reason below:
1. We had discussed that the payment will be done through card. On dropping off the airport, the driver asked me for cash. I willfully said no. He started making a fun to see if he could extract cash from me (saying he doesn't have a card machine). I showed him the message which says payment through card, on which he then opened up his glove box to get the card machine started. We waited for 15 mins. At the airport till he did this. - And only when I said I am not carrying any cash. We wasted 15 mins at the airport due to this, and had to catch the flight running.
2. I had booked a Merc Vito, and got an old Volkswagen.
3. The guy kept on asking for tips. - I laugh at such audacity. When I said no, he left in a bad mood.
I will refrain from booking with you, and will share the same with my friends, family and colleagues who visit turkey to not to book using your services.

The payment link was provided but the payment didn't go through. There is an error on the payment link provided. Loads of screenshots available of anyone wants a proof, with reference to the bank payments.
Now let me tell what is wrong here with the company-
1. Payment did not go through.
2. We tried 4 banks, US banks like Citi Bank and American Express.
All banks gave the following error -
"There is an error in payment please try once again or contact with reservation at rentotransfer.com
3. On contacting the customer support, they said we can pay via card.
4. The card selected on booking did not come.
5. At the drop, the driver said. No card only cash. On pestoring and staying adamant that I have no cash left, somehow a card machine was out.
No matter what these guys write as a response, you can well imagine they are crooks with fake reviews, in reality whatever they say via their so called customer support is not gonna happen.
Ultimately i'm glad that they sent a cab and we caught our flight (by just).
Ultimately it's up to you, to travel to airport on a car that they send and not what you chose. And to pay via cash when you selected paying via card.
Very bad. Like said again, no matter what they write below as a response. No matter how much they say it is the best cab service in turkey, in Istanbul or in the world. Stay away!
