We offered a refund for your rental. As per our company policy, refunds are processed within 21 days after the end of the rental period to account for any potential fines, tolls, or official notifications that may arrive with a delay. In your case, a traffic fine was issued during the rental period and was deducted from the final refund amount, along with standard fees, in full compliance with our policy. In this situation, we did our best to assist you and to speed up the process. The refund was sent to you on November 3.
