Deceptive Practices – Avoid This Company!
In November 2024, my friend and I rented a matte brown Mercedes G63 from this company. Arslan delivered the car and clearly informed us that our daily mileage allowance was 275 km. However, later the company changed the allowance to 250 km per day and tried to overcharge us based on the lower limit.
This was completely unprofessional and felt like an attempt to take advantage of us. Changing the agreed terms after the rental had started is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company – avoid them at all costs!

Avoid This Company – Unprofessional and Misleading!
I hired a car from this company and paid a €570 deposit, with the promise that it would be fully refunded within two weeks after the rental. However, I had to wait an entire month and repeatedly chase them for my refund.
When I finally received the payment, they only refunded €475. Upon questioning the missing €95, I was told these were “fees” – something that was never clearly communicated at the time of booking.
The whole experience was unprofessional, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
