Easy to rent
Easy to rent. Clear communication and quick response. Good price. I would suggest to make an app. And make the instructions a bit clearer that you can only make photos of the car when adding them for the insurance and not making a picture and upload them from your photos.

The best rental company I have ever…
The best rental company I have ever experienced!!! I have rented a car from this company twice and it has always been perfect. This year I had a Mercedes car booked and before arrival I was informed that we would have an even newer car with much better quality and equipment. The rental company employees are very nice. When paying for the car rental, they did not have change to return, but when returning the car, they returned everything, but that is everywhere in Albania. In every cafe they will return you to the last Lek. The car was in perfect condition throughout our vacation and I thank you for this great service, which is offered directly at the airport, 5 minutes from the arrivals hall. I wish the car provider "amarildol1" only the best and keep it up. He is doing very well!!!

Great service for rent a car in Albania

Worst experience of my life.
Worst experience of my life.
Hired a death trap off Kristi, Red(pink) Suzuki Swift. Nothing like the photos, they must've been taken 15 years ago when the car was new. The engine light on, limp mode activated, drive shafts clicking, suspension felt broken, rear light out, rust and holes throughout, bumper snapped and out of shape, rear windows didn't work, central locking broken, slow puncture rear left which we had to inflate 3 times in 5days, puncture front right which cost £40 even though we had insurance which cost more than the car hire itself. Then to top it off, upon drop off we are greeted by multiple giants who refused to give our deposit back, pure intimidation, midnight, in the middle of nowhere, my partner was petrified. We cleaned the car using wipes and he had the cheek to moan that they ruin the paintwork!
This was a 40th birthday trip, completely ruined by the awful car, service and costs through not getting our deposit back. Albania itself was beautiful, but everyone is out to rip you off, always check your change and the exchange rate.

According to their report, the vehicle was taken across the border without prior authorization and without the required cross-border fee, which for this vehicle is €150. In such cases, this fee is mandatory and clearly outlined in the rental conditions. The provider informs us that only the deposit was retained, which is in fact lower than the applicable cross-border fee.
Based on this, we understand that the amount retained corresponds to this specific breach of the rental terms, and in this context, we consider it justified.

The owner was super nice; he let us change the pickup and delivery times without any problem. He always responded super quickly to any questions we had and was incredibly friendly.

Excellent Service
They upgraded my car at no extra cost, and everything was perfect, no issues at all. The prices are great, and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them; in my experience, they’re even better than big Rental Cars compagnies.
