I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this car rental company! From the very beginning, the communication and the booking process were smooth and transparent. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and efficient.
WizzAir airline lost our luggage, and the only help we received came from the owner of this car rental agency. He assisted us in recovering our luggage.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free car rental. I will definitely book with them again!

The car was in good condition but the…
The car was in good condition but the driver's seat belt was not working which was very important for my safety. I informed the owner and he wanted me to come to the airport to change the vehicle which I didn't do as I was loosing 1 hour or so of my time. I think they should check at least the most important things in a car when they hire. So have to drive appoximately 250 KM to get it repaired by myself in the destination hotel.

At first
At first, communication was good, but everything changed when we had a problem with the car on the last day.
The car broke down while we were on our way to the airport, and we almost missed our flight. I explained the situation to the owner, who told us to leave the car where it was and promised to refund the taxi fare, which was €40.
It has now been a month, and I am still trying to get this refund. Instead of resolving the issue, he has been mocking me and even asked what difference €40 would make in my life.
The car was also very old and not in good condition. Based on this experience, I really do not recommend renting from them.

Shpati rental cancelled our…
Shpati rental cancelled our reservavtion the day before our arrival, by phone of course, not on the website. They then offered a lesser car for the same price. It was far from the car we originally ordered. After only the few hours of driving, that car started having many problems and we had to change it... Still for a different car than the one we ordered. That car also had a mechanical issue (engine safety mode activation) but we managed to deal with it.... Would have given only 1 star, though I'm glad they were at least responsive and trying to offer other options when our whole vacation could have gone to shit.

Worse car, no refund
Ford instead Mercedes, manual instead automat, key almost in two pieces, lot od scratches, same price = no discount.
Plus employee wasnt able to seat a babyseat.
At the end of the day everything worked and we had a car to do our trip, just not the way it should.
