27 years ago, we bought our wedding rings from Rennie & Co. We now live in the US and my husband's ring was stolen earlier this year. I contacted Dan via email and enlisted his help with a replacement as a surprise for my husband. Everything about the experience was fabulous, and we collected the ring on a trip to London this summer. It's a perfect match for the original and means so much to us. Thank you!!!

I was in a bit of a hurry to get the right engagement ring before Christmas, and Rennie was the second shop I visited on Hatton Garden. Dan was incredibly friendly and generous with his time, giving me a full explanation about diamonds and styles of rings. I didn't feel any pressure to commit at any point and came back a week or so later to put down a deposit.

The experience was so effortless that I came back for my wedding ring a few months later. With all the choice on Hatton Garden, this was quite the find.

Getting overwhelmed is easily done at Hatton Garden when looking for wedding bands. Luckily we found Rennie & Co when looking online at best rated jewellers, and the ratings didn’t lie. The service was so personalised and Dan took the time to help us with what we were looking for. The honesty, expertise and friendly service was a blessing compared to others we visited that day, and immediately we felt that we wanted to buy our rings here. Highly recommend this place!

I had an exceptional experience at Rennie & Co while searching for the perfect engagement ring. The quality of their rings is outstanding, beautifully crafted with real attention to detail. But what truly set the experience apart was André Rennie himself. From the moment I walked in, André made me feel completely at ease. His calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable approach helped me narrow down a large selection to just two perfect options without any pressure or overwhelm — in fact, I hardly even noticed the decision-making happening. It felt natural, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend Rennie & Co more highly for both the quality of their rings and the quality of the experience.

My husband and I visited a number of shops in Hatton Garden to find an eternity ring. Rennie & Co were by far the most professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for owners Andre & Dan on the day we bought the ring and on a following visit for resizing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would be the only place I would go back to buy further pieces.

From start to finish Dan Rennie couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We had an excellent experience with Rennie & Co. From our first conversation right through to choosing our wedding rings, Andre and Dan were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and never pushy. Andre went above and beyond when we designed my wedding ring, which complements my engagement ring. I am very happy with the final design. It could have been an overwhelming experience exploring Hatton Garden to find the perfect ring for us. We had various appointments at some lovely shops but as soon as we arrived at Rennie & Co any confusion, indecision, and stress drained away. The shop was calm, tranquil and the service we received from Dan chimed with us from the first minute. We were guided by Trustpilot reviews to go to Rennie & Co. We are so pleased we did. Dan was so patient and so helpful with his advice on choosing rings. The shop itself if an oasis of calm compared with the walk to the shop in Hatton Gardens which is filled with street hawkers giving a not very nice pressure / creating a poor impression for such stores. This was the first experience I had of buying a new ring from Rennie & Co. I was looking to purchase an eternity ring, something special, but had found it a little daunting to wander into a jewellers without having a clear idea of the shape and size of ring we were looking for.
The outside appearance of and atmosphere in the shop was one of welcoming professionalism. I visited the shop on a couple of occasions and emailed many times, I found Dan to be unbelievably helpful and with infinite patience in giving suggestion, advice and encouraging me to take the time to decide on ‘just’ the right style and size of ring for me. I would not hesitate in giving this jeweller 5 stars, would use again, and recommend them without reservation.

Rennie & Co is a lovely family-owned boutique with a small but well-curated collection of jewellery. In my opinion they are a hidden gem amidst the often cluttered and impersonal stores of Hatton Garden. The quality of both the products and service here are impecable. Andre and Dan are true gentlemen: charming, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. We have purchased both an engagment ring and wedding rings here, and are sure to be back in the future.
