I am an architect based in the UK, and we have been working with Renka with many clients over the last five years. I highly recommend Renka. They provide a high quality service and high quality products. As architects, what we need is a supplier that understands the importance of detail and quality. We have found that Renka understands our needs and consistently delivers high quality products that fully satisfy our clients.

I also recommend booking an appointment at their showroom, as seeing their products in person and being guided by their experts is crucial to understanding the quality and attention to detail they offer.

Renka were able to deliver a specific design I’d requested and at a very competitive price. They promptly rectified a small snagging issue after installation and the service I received from both the design and installation teams was excellent.

We used Renka for supply and fit of our Bi-folds and other windows in our extension. We found them through word of mouth from a friend and we were happy with that referral. From the get go we found them really easy to talk to, they listened and understood what we were looking for. They offered welcome advice and their knowledge really helped. It can seem a daunting process as you don't buy windows every day but they were reassuring (in a no pressure way!).
From measuring up, to fitting, the communication was there all the way. Checking in to ensure all was on track with the extension and on their end. The end product is amazing and we always get compliments about the quality of the doors and windows.

I have worked with Renka on a number of domestic construction projects. They have an extensive range of great quality products and in-depth knowledge of their systems.
The sales team are efficient and will suggest options depending on style and budget. Mark has a great eye for detail and will work hard to make sure essential elements are considered at the construction stage in order to make the glazing as seamless as possible.

From initial meeting, design consultation(s), measurement to installation every member of the Renka team were extremely patient and professional. Such a pleasure not to have felt rushed to a decision at any point. We are both so pleased with the finished job and glad that the whole experience went exactly as we would have hoped.

I hate leaving a review like this, as if the other reviews are to be believed, it seems as if I've been unlucky and slipped through the net. However, I feel totally let down by this company and honestly wouldn't recommend using them. The experience I've had has been unprofessional and lackadaisical to say the least! Empty promises, delayed deliveries, missing accessories, ignored calls and messages! I've been completely left in the lurch and made to feel like I'M being the pain in the... for asking for a solution to a problem on their end! It could have been such an easy fix if they gave a damn! I do appreciate I was never going to be their biggest customer, but regardless of the amount of money I spent, there needs to be a level of respect and professionalism, which, on this occasion, I didn't receive. We all appreciate that things go wrong and mistakes do happen but its how you deal with them that makes the difference and I've now got to deal with costly solutions to problems that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place and delays to a build schedule that have thrown the project into jeopardy! Take from the review what you will, my advice though, is just be careful with this company.

We explored many other window companies before choosing Renka and their Cortizo System. Renka offered a competitive price and delivered a high-quality product, completing a complex job with beautifully finished level thresholds.

From start to finish, the team Bev, Mark, Neil, Dave along with their fitters and office support were responsive, accommodating, cautious and generally very easy to deal with. As you expect with a complex job like this one there was a couple of minor snags along the way, but everything was handled professionally and promptly.

We recently underwent a renovation project and having had bifolds previously, we were keen to use sliders along with a glazed gable. We had a look at some sliders from the glazing company our builder uses, but they seemed really clunky and we wanted something more slimline. I came across Renka online and their products looked much more bespoke and upmarket. From an initial enquiry we made via their website, right through to their quotation and a visit to their showroom to see the products for themselves, their customer service and communication was excellent. With an 8 week delivery suggested, this coincided right before Christmas but as promised, they were delivered and installed on the day. The glazing is such a feature of our new space and everyone comments on them. We would definitely recommend.

I've had the pleasure of working with Renka on six projects now, and each experience has been consistently excellent. Bruce's professionalism and accommodating nature, combined with the admin team's flexibility and the fitting team's respect, have made the process seamless. Even in challenging economic times, Renka has remained competitively priced and dedicated to delivering projects on time. Their post-installation customer service has been exceptional, with any minor issues promptly addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Renka as a reputable company with high standards.

Renka supplied and fitted our sliding doors, windows and roof lights for our open plan kitchen-diner project.

Renka designed, provided and installed their own RS-25 sliding door system for our extension, along with two non-opening roof-lights.
The three sliding doors were for an aperture 7m wide x 3m tall and each roof-light was 2m x 1m. The sliding doors were heavy at around 260kg each and so had to be craned into position over our house. I organised the crane and organised the scaffold edge protection and aperture crash boards around and below the roof, to allow safe installation for the roof-lights. Tolerances for the sliding door overall aperture were important to get right and it took a while to sort this before the doors could be correctly installed.
It's been 18 months since installation and so we have had plenty of time living with the doors and roof-lights as the extension works were completed at our own pace and cash-flow, as we managed the works without a builder.
We are delighted with the doors and very happy that we pushed the boat out cost-wise and went with them. Light in and views out are maximised. They are beautiful. Thank you Renka!

In December 2023 Renka installed 2.85m high 9m wide sliding doors as part of our extension. They look amazing and work exceptionally well. There were a couple of comms issues but fair play to Mark and his team, they took feedback onboard and welcomed it. These big door systems that require cranes to install are not straightforward and all along we felt strong confidence that Renka knew exactly what they were doing. The end result speaks for itself. I highly recommend Renka.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Renka Windows in Birmingham, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise and commitment to quality. From my first contact with Bev and consultation with Mark they were never less than completely helpful and offered me so many small tips which enabled me to really improve my entire project. Their pricing is keen and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently employed Renka to help us with our windows in a large extension we were having built at our home in Sutton Coldfield.

I have to say we are delighted. The sliding doors are 2.4m high and now completely frame our garden. The view from our lounge kitchen diner is amazing.

Everyone that now visits actually says “wow” as the enter our new room.

We visited Renka after a recommendation from a friend and are very happy we did so! My wife and I have an old home and wanted traditional glazing. We thought these days we were limited to bifold and sliding doors. Mark and Bruce in the showroom introduced us to Reynears modern aluminium version of Crittal style glazing, everything from the point of order went really smoothly. The ordering system was nice and easy, everything turned up on the appointed day and the fitters were a nice bunch of lads and very respectful of our property. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Thankyou

Very pleased with the aesthetics of our 6m expanse of bifold doors - they really give the wow factor and we went for the slate grey for a softer look. There’s nothing quite like opening up the entire glass wall on a hot day and bringing the outside in! We chose Renka as they could supply doors which are 1.2m wide to reduce the number of panes required and give better visibility. They were also well-priced and local to us. We have 2 lantern roof lights which have a blue tint to protect from glare and this works really well. We are South facing and went for special glass on the bifolds to keep warm air inside in winter and prevent our extension becoming an oven on hot days. The team have always been courteous, responsive and helpful.

Renka were excellent fitters. They were very professional and worked with us to prepare the space. Their glass looks incredible and as good as it is in their website pictures and their team are really attuned to your needs as customers. They fitted the glass promptly and we are delighted with the results!

Our new sliding doors have just been installed and we love them. We were set on the slimline doors & got several quotes but Renka stood out by a million miles. I’d 100% recommend getting a quote, particularly if you’ve had one from popular London based companies!

It has been such a positive experience & we are so happy with our decision to get the sliding doors. Also super happy that they were installed on the expected date.

Bruce was so helpful at the start - answering all my questions via email & phone & was really helpful when we visited the showroom in Birmingham. Wonderful customer service & Steve & Rich provided such professional & friendly installation.

Just had my new patio door fitted last week and I can not praise enough for the excellent service from Renka and their Team. At all stages from dealing with Martina and Bruce, through to the excellent fitters Steve and Richard the experience has been great. Like previous comments, there were a few changes along the way from my side but all handled perfectly by the Team. My system was the Cortiso system and I am so impressed with it. Happy to recommend.
