I ordered 3 GPUs and they arrived amazingly packed in 2 days in another European country. Unfortunately, these GPUs require a specific power adapter and that was not specified anywhere, nor they were included. Very recommended and will order again otherwise

Evaluation updated:
Delivery took weeks. Despite booking express shipping. I wasn't informed about the delay and didn't get any refunds.
Eventually, the products arrived - but in a damaged state (graphics cards where bended on the metal shields, however, after bending back, they work)
Also I was subscribed to the newsletter by an employee. Without my consent.

Very bad and definitely not recommended!
We ordered a switch from Kimbrer after a telephone consultation. The switch would not be delivered to us on account, because they have the worst prejudices about our company. Allegedly because years ago once an order was placed and never paid, it turned out that this was a fake order and we had never made this.
Although we had quickly clarified these facts and even consulted our lawyer, Kimbrer still had the strongest prejudices about us. Thus, we ultimately paid for the switch in advance.
And now the drama was about to start:
The Switch arrived and lo and behold, it was the wrong Switch. The model that was sold to us here could not meet our requirements (although we addressed this beforehand by phone).
We were then offered another switch. Any other company (especially German companies) would have sent out the new switch immediately so that we, the customer, would not have any downtime. But what does Kimbrer do: they refuse to ship the new switch because they want the old switch first. Seriously? Although it was not our fault?
After a long discussion, Kimbrer agreed to deliver the new switch as soon as the old one was delivered. And to charge the surcharge of the new switch afterwards after delivery. For this, 2 days of discussion via e-mail were necessary. So everything else than fair and in the sense of the customer.
After we then asked if Kimbrer could please send the switch as soon as the old (wrong) switch was picked up from us by UPS, they refused to do so and wanted us to pay another €2,000 for the new switch in addition to the money we had already paid (about €1,600) with a subsequent refund of the €1,600.
This makes us strongly suspect fraud. They probably wanted to collect another €2,000 and then refund neither, let alone deliver a proper Switch. We suspect that the Brocade has already been deliberately mis-recommended to us just to collect money.
The fact is, Kimbrer is anything but accommodating and definitely not recommendable!
We have instructed our lawyers to check the legal situation and, if necessary, file a lawsuit with the competent court.
I have rarely seen such impudent behavior from a company like Kimbrer. That simply does not go at all!
We are curious whether we will ever get the new Switch delivered. Normally, this should arrive in the next 1-2 days (but we highly doubt it).
