My positive experience is that I always felt my money was safe. The support team responded promptly to my messages, and in the end, my issue was resolved.
As for what could be improved, in my opinion, it took too long to escalate the issue to the person who had the solution.

Very confusing and not very informative…
Very confusing and not very informative billing. Every single time we have to ask for more information. The payroll team takes forever to answer (in my case it took 4 weeks, which was insane as they should have the employees records very clear in their system).
Customer service is fast, but does not seem very knowledgeable. The platform is packed with things that do not apply to us. Just overall a very bad experience.
