Har afsluttet arbejde med et firma og var ansat igennem remote.
Remote er faktisk fuldstændig lige glad med hvad du laver og ignorerer hvad der står i deres egen kontrakt, så man kan overhoved ikke regne med noget se siger selvom du har det på skrift.

Have finished working with a company and was employed through remote. Remote is actually completely happy with what you do and ignores what is written in their own contract, so you can't count on anything being said even if you have it in writing. They are impossible to get a hold of and incredibly often it is a struggle to get through their AI "helper" to get a real answer.

AWFUL. Just absolutely awful.

I can't tell you how many problems I have had with remote and how many problems my contractors have had.

First they lost a payment going to my contractor. I sent them the receipts that show the wire transfer in. Still my contractor has not been paid.

Wire you may ask? Because inadvertently their system shut down my access to be able to wire to be able to pay by credit card or ACH.

Why did they do that? Because somehow their system got inserted with phony credit cards and nobody can explain how or why.

How long have they been working on giving me access back to be able to pay my contractor who rightfully is owed money by me? Well over a week.

Their system just plain sucks. Their service is worse than sucks. Need to speak to somebody on the phone? Sorry won't happen. Speak to something other than AI? Sorry won't happen. As far as I can see they stole my contractor's money.

Oh yah, and why does my contractor hate them? Because they won't be able to transfer money to him. He's heard from them that it's going to take them over two months for them to be able to process payments to him. Payments, money that they are sitting on, they won't pay out to him.

Run. Run as fast as you can.

We're not happy with the service or…

We're not happy with the service or response time for tickets. Unfortunately they do offer one of the better benefits for some of the other countries we're in, otherwise we would switch immediately.
