Its a fraud websites don't use it, You will never get Your money back or Your transfer will not be processed , don't use this website ,its a fraud website,I made a transfer RXM63752478970019, without processing they are saying everyday next day it will complete , be aware of this spam and fraud website

Worst Service. Spoke to a manager called Rahul he was so rude and replied carelessly. dont use this to transfer money.

First transaction had several issues including 'trust', 'understanding alternative options- why/ 'why not', unplanned extended time in completing transactions ...// However, having completed first transaction and with the help of 'customer service team', specifically Mr. Rahul, next transactions happen like a 'breeeeze'!. Most importantly, the rates are very attractive. Even now, it does have minor glitches, I love it now!

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Remitmoney representatives, Harpreet and his supervisor Dharam. Everyone who spoke to me was warm, accommodating, well informed and have great patience. They communicated clearly and precisely.

The transaction to India was delayed due to technical glitches at the beneficiary receiving bank. Remitmoney cleared the amount within 48 hrs The staff, Harpreet and supervisor Dharam took initiative, provided timely support to trace the transaction, and resolved the transaction.

They give a good conversion rate, provide bonus rate, quick transfer,and provide excellent customer service. I’m truly happy customer since 2018.

I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in Remitmoney permanently as this is what the customers would like to get, faster and affordable service, resolve the transaction issues and make happy customer!

Neeraj was very helpful. We had to do browser cache cleaning and it took a long time. He was helping me over 30 minutes. But finally we came up with a solution and I could log in (my initial complaint was that I couldn't log in). Thank you for your patience and help.

In my last remittance through RemitMoney I erroneously entered a '0' and submitted a transaction for CAD 9000 instead of CAD 900. It was a big deal and blunder from my side. But end of day we are still human and not an AI.
It was an instant remittance and I only realized it after the money deposited to my Indian account and the worst part is the debit transaction didn't bounced and my Canadian account balance gone to negative as there were not sufficient fund available.
The RemitMoney Customer service team was really responsive and helpful from the very moment I logged the ticket. The scenario was pretty complex and unique in nature and probably they also didn't have a reference case like this in past. But I kept my trust and patience through-out and followed all the instructions by them. They were very professional and put this case in high priority judging the complexity involved here and took 7 days to settled the whole case. It will be unfair if I ended here without mentioning Rahul's name. As a manager he was in constant touch with me for all my queries and showed superb co-ordination skill with all the team involved here.
It was a lesson learnt from me as I still don't have any clue that how I did this, as I am a veteran remitter and doing remittance since 2010 from multiple countries.
I will definitely share my good experience to my friends and colleagues.
Lastly I will mention one thing that system could have handled this to avoid such pain as they are not human like us.

Simply Outstanding, Fast and Easy Process. I have been sending money for over 20 years from USA via Money2india and this has been THE best experience. I wish I knew Remitmoney sooner
