If i can give 0 rating i will. Please don’t used this its scam ask for call back no call back my money got stuck for a month money was never return nor my money reach the person i send i wish i can sue you in court this is bullshit

My transfer request dated January 5th 2026 for $5K, Ref # RXM111141940163 is still pending neither credited to my NRI account nor returned the funds back to my US bank, numerous emails and phone calls, those no one pick up goes to buisy signals, only response you get an automated response indicating a response will be in 24 hours, still no resolution to this issue.

This is the most useless website I have ever used. It keeps going in circles. I made a call to the customer service. A lady said someone will call me in an hour or two but no one ever called back.

Sunny was extremely patient and answered all my questions and made sure I was able to execute the transaction I had been trying to work on for the last many days. I was about to give up on this but he did not. That says a lot about his level of customer service.

After all the trouble that I had with your software, Sunny asked me to use Google Chrome. He stayed on the line and monitored every action I took to successfully complete the Remit transaction.
That's what I call "Excellent Service".

I have for the past 3 days trying to set up an ACH transfer with remitmoney. (My NRE/NRO account was transferred from CITI to AXIS). Calling customer service was not fruitful until the case was given to Sunny. Sunny was able to solve my login problem, where I was sent back to the logon screen after entering the OTP. After that Sunny guided me in setting up the sending bank and helped me make the first ACH transaction.

Since few years I was sending money from Germany to India through Remitmoney,com . It was functioning very well. I was very happy over that. Last year my debit Card of Volksbank Heinsbereg, Germany was hacked twice and booked around 5000 Euro. After some process I got the money back. But the Bank blocked my debitcard and I will not get new creditcary.
Recently I found out, dass I can transfer money through Internet banking. I am very happy. But recently my mail ID by t-online.de was delated from the company. Therefore I could not login. Mr. Sunny Mahida was very helpfull to solve the problem with kindness and patience. Now I could send money to India without any problem. Thanks a lot.

I found Remitmoney from Axis Bank is prompt and supportive in Customer Service. Rate is competitive. Mr. Rahul from Remit Money was professional and Customer Centric.

Reviewer was nice and helpful. My task got resolved.

Big cheaters.
While booking exchange rate they give one rate and when the funds are credited they give worst rate even though the payment is done on time.
I am not going to use their service again.

See below extract of email received from remit money where in they confirm the exchange rate is fixed at 21.16 for next 24hrs.

Please note that Fixed exchange rate of 21.16 is applicable only if you send us the funds within 24 hours of transaction booking. In case we receive the funds later than 24 hours, exchange rate prevailing at the time of disbursement of funds will be applied to your transaction.

I consulted the customer support center to enquire the status of my money transfer. Aftab Qureshi (Customer Support Representative) attended my request and was very quick in providing the update. Since thanks to him for his good level of customer support.
