Hi Lyndsey, thank you for such a lovely review, and for being honest about the scepticism at the start.

We get that a lot: a better quote than everywhere else, on a phone with a cracked screen, does sound a bit too good to be true. The quote is the quote though. We'd rather price it properly up front and pay what we said than lure people in and chip away at it once the phone's in our hands.

Really glad the communication and payment lived up to it too. Thanks for giving us a go, and if another phone ever needs a new home, you know where we are.
