Over a year and a half and have lost 75lbs averaging 3-4lbs per month. I wanted to take it slow. In doing so, I really did not have any adverse symptoms. I am feeling so much better, inflammation is down and now can move much better. I highly recommend working with Karen and reaching your goals.

Several years ago, I was on Ozempic for my primary care doctor. I struggle with side effects , especially right now nausea and had to stop.
