Hair has gone yellow

Hair has completely discoloured after 3 months.
Noticed discolouration two months in sent countless photos and evidence of the hair completely yellow from top to bottom just under £700 hair completely disappointing. Even more so with Remi cachet themself if you do not use their hair care I wouldn’t bother complaining they will not help and do not care I have been ignored for a week had to chase it up got a reply and now been waiting another week not been given any resolution except from “we can send you Remi cachet hair products” like that is going to change the discolouration they also suggested using Malibu C treatment which I’ve already done nothing is going to change the colour of the hair and they have not offered any reasonable resolution. Also confirmed I have used sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, heat protectant, only heat from blow drying, filtered shower head, hair oil, plating before bed, silk pillowcase, not been in the sun so I dread to think what they would look like in the summer or on holiday. If you have blonde hair would not bother at all. If you are looking for a company that cares about their customers being satisfied and happy with the product, again would not bother!

While we appreciate the care routine you’ve followed, discolouration of this nature is typically not caused by a fault in the hair itself.

Disappointed

I’ve had my weave in for just a week now, and honestly I’m really disappointed. I switched from Beauty Works hoping that Remi Cachet would be better quality and last longer, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. The hair tangles constantly, I feel like I’m brushing it all the time, and it already feels dry and brittle — and I haven’t even washed it yet. I’m really upset about it.

i have complained due to what feels…

i have complained regarding poor quality, which i think is a bad batch.

the customer service advisor eve has been really helpful and has offered to send a replacement of hair.

this has been handled very quickly.

Such a shame, use to be good

I've used Remi for years now. I use the platinum blonde shade 55. When i first started with extensions the colour and quality would last really well. Over the last few years, my extensions have started going really brassy even after a month or 2 and the quality isn't the same. If I don't brush them every hour they matt and knot up and the ends just keep snapping. I've had to get 24" this time, i usually get 20" but because the length isn't lasting I've had to go longer. I'm not sure if they've changed their hair recently. Such a shame as I've tried other brands and they are much worse but when your paying over £600 for extensions, you want them to be right. Such a shame as they did use to be really good but i begrudge spending the money on this brand anymore. They seem to just get thinner and thinner over time too even though i haven't changed any of my hair care products from when i first started getting them.

New to Remi Cachet

New to Remi Cachet, always wanted to try it and now it's easily accessible in Ireland. So far love the quality and options of wefts (flat, nano, superweft) and tapes, especially the microtapes. Still getting use to the colour ring and blonde options (mixed blondes) but loved the selection of rooted blondes.

SCAM. £400 extensions lost 4 inches of hair in 3 months. Company won’t fix problem!

I paid £400 for 20 inch extensions and they lost 4 inches of length within 3 months despite me having OPTIMAL hair care routines and using their recommended product. They won’t contact me about it and only will go through my hair dresser, then they don’t respond to her for a month at a time. My hairdresser has been in communication with them since NOVEMBER 2025 and the issue still hasn’t been rectified. They’re saying because so much time has passed, it’s wear and tear, despite me not even having th extensions in my head since October 2025! Poor poor company with shitty communication and poor customer service. SCAM do note waste your money

I’ve only had these extensions for weeks

I’ve only had these extensions for a few weeks.
Since then they have been very knotty, dry and constantly getting tangled I don’t even want to leave my hair down I’ve had extensions for years and never ever have I experienced this. I’m using all the right products my hairdresser told me to using oil , conditioning masks and it’s still made no change.

The buying experience was excellent next day delivery great but unfortunately two of my customers have complained about the quality of the hair I have installed which is very disappointing as I have loyal clients and personally recommend Remi Cachet to them.
