I wish I came here first before chosing…

I wish I came here first before chosing to buy from this company.

The worst purchase experience ever.

I purchased on 6/11 it is now 21/11 and i have not recieved my product

They use the cheapest most awful delivery company that provides ZERO TRACKING
No human contact

So on top of missing your delivery you cant even speak to anyone about it

Worst part is

This cost me £200 more than the similar item from Emma who have awesome customer service

I hope this saves you from getting the experience i am having with Rem-Fit now

I bought two Remfit 600 mattresses in…

I bought two Remfit 600 mattresses in 2020, and after two years, one collapsed in the middle.
They sent an expert to assess the fault and it was replaced. After a further two years, the replacement mattress has a huge bulge on one side. This time I have to remove the cover to expose the foam and take photos, then wrestle the cover back on. Not easy.
They have agreed to replace it again, but only after I had to chase them, and if I pay £45 for the delivery costs.
These mattresses are not of merchantable quality and not as advertised, and yet they have the gall to charge me to replace them.
Looks like it is going to cost me £45 every two years.
I only bought these mattresses because we need two 75 x 200 size to fit our adjustable bed and few companies make this size.
My advice is to buy elsewhere.

When is a free trial, not a free trial

I’m sorry but I can’t get my head around this free trial. We are pensioners and have separate rooms due to my husbands spinal condition. I bought the 600 Lux in double and king size. I filled in the questionnaire to suggest which mattress matches our answers. We are side sleepers. It suggested the 600. We are both now being kept awake by terrific pains in our neck, hips and shoulders. We gave it over 30 days to allow the bed to settle. It has made no difference. So I made contact to return the mattresses under the free no risk trial. Now I am being told I can only refund one. Not two. Or exchange only one. Not both. Yet I bought them both under the understanding that it was a no risk trial. And also the 600 Lux costs more than the 400 and again I am not eligible for the difference in cost to be refunded to me. How can you say this is a no risk trial? Whichever way I turn I am losing money. This cannot be right.

I ordered the Rem-Fit Hybrid 1000…

I ordered the Rem-Fit Hybrid 1000 pocket mattress on 3rd December and chose the earliest possible delivery date of 6th December. I received an email on 5th December from the delivery company confirming delivery on 6th December between 5-8pm. The order did not arrive and I immediately emailed Rem-Fit to advise. I also raised concerns that my old mattress free collection was not mentioned on the order confirmation. The response I received was apologies for the non delivery but no mention of the mattress disposal. After many emails from 6th to 11th December my order finally arrived today. The delivery driver was not instructed to collect my old mattress so I immediately emailed Rem-Fit again to complain (they do not have a valid telephone number to contact them!). Their response was that I had not ticked the box for this to which I said their website stated all free offers would be applied at checkout. In any event the lady I was communicating with, Amy, was fully aware of my concerns as I mentioned it several times in my several emails and if she wanted to be helpful she could have asked the delivery driver to collect my old mattress as the delivery was a week late but she chose to completely ignore my concerns. I now have my old mattress cluttering my hallway which I will now have to dispose of. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company and extremely stressful and I will never again order from them - a complete shambles of a company and not at all helpful.

This company is an absolute scam - AVOID

This company is an absolute scam. I placed an order well over a month ago and after several complaint emails and chasing, I still have not received it. After reading other reviews it appears they keep claiming that the delivery company is to blame for losing the parcels, however I have not had issues with DPD before with any other companies I have ordered from.

I have sent an email requesting they cancel my order and give me a full refund, but i doubt they will resolve this without me having to go to my bank.

Good mattress and good value

It would be 5* apart from a delivery delay, however REM fit customer service were great they did sort it. I love this mattress Ortho 500 it is firm but still feels like a lux mattress that costs a lot more. After many years of not sleeping properly I do now get to sleep through the night. I never have any aches or pains and I feel rested. If you’re a heavier person or front sleeper this will support you. I didn’t have any issues with chemical smells or any thing at all. I opened the mattress and left it in an open window room for a few hours and it was good to go. All in all a good mattress and good value.

It seems that the delivery company Rem-Fit use are to blame. I spoke to Rem-Fit who said they would be speaking to the delivery company.as for next day delivery, they need to find a delivery company w

Why doesn't trading standards prosecute companies like Rem-Fit fir making claims like next day delivery falsely? When a prospective buyer sees this they may choose that company over others for this service. If you have had this problem with Rem-Fit then please report it here so that they stop falsely making these claims.

This a a review for their REM-FIT 500…

This a a review for their REM-FIT 500 Cool Gel Pillow. This pillow is not comfortable at all - it's too hard and keeps your neck at a weird angle to the body. I Don't recommend it.

They don't offer a refund if you've slept on the pillow for one night either.

Avoid them please

I wish I had never bought a mattress from this company. It has been nothing but stress and we are out of pocket. I originally ordered the 500 for my back /hip issues. However after I had a delivery date, I had a call from one of their reps who said the 500 was out of stock. Instead of giving me my hard earned money back, she missold me the the 400 and said it will be similar to the 500. You could tell she didn't want to give her a refund but just wanted to sell another. I stupidly agreed trusting her. However when it arrived last year end Feb, it smelt off strong chemicals making the whole family ill and it was too firm. Covid then came and we couldn't get hold off them. Soon after we did get hold of them but they're refusing to refund. They're very sneaky and crafty who likes to keep your money and default your consumer rights, avoid at all expense.
