Helpful mentors.
Jeff answered all my questions at the underwriting immersion and said he would even answer my calls! Hector is very helpful on our calls and a great mentor and Beatrix is a sweetheart and always gets back to me when she can. Wonderful people.

Standing up for the Greater Good!
The last time I checked, the phone system works both ways. Because your office has called me several times and you've seen my profile, I know you have my number is listed. Again, I've called your office, we agree to disagree so why am I calling you again?
RE Mentor may never admit any wrongdoing or willingly refund our money but the platforms are willing to listen to our stories and that's great! Everything takes time and, well after all these reviews, may seem to be forgotten. Your organization will be watched with that same magnifying glass for years to come and at this point, personally I'm not concerned. I trusted RE Mentor to deliver on their promise, and they didn't. God will move and the truth will come out. Is this worth it you ask, yes, it is!

Great Course, Great Opportunity.
I took the 3 day course and found it to be excessively informative. I learned a great deal, and I was in commercial real estate in the 90' as an agent. I wasn't expecting too much info that I didn't already know, but I was pleasantly surprised. Corey did a great as the speaker, and the staff, Mike, and Tamson were very communicative. I highly recommend this company.

Really Really amazing..
Really Really amazing one on one coaching in the Mentoring program.. I'm totally blown away! Thanks RE Mentor!
Colluded Effort With No Transparency...HELL NO!!
After investing $32,000.00 for a diamond membership that was advertised with the sponsorship component during the seminar, my expectations was to receive sponsorship assistance, particularly in understanding and securing commercial loans for my cash-flow deals. I underwritten roughly 10 multi-million dollar deals from 248 Units down to 27 Units with exceptional skill.
Our coach "Todd Schowengerdt" informed me never to send any of my deals through the company portal where everyone significants can review it. so I had to send them directly to him for approval, once he finish praising me for a excellent job well done, with indisputable an attractive returns, combine with value adds increasing the probability of a successful deals right in front of him meeting all the parameters.
Days will go by before we hear from him to initiate contact with the sellers broker to submit a LOI.
He would then encourage me to send my file and complete due diligence to an affiliate of RE-Mentor name "Kevin Jenkins" @ Northmarq.com that provides mortgage loans for paid participating students. with all my deals not once was I ever able to receive well over 50% LTV to close the deal. constantly venting my frustration to the coach he would seem confused as if its unusual for this to be the case on a consistent basis with every great deal presented.
The conspiracy of a colluded effort kicks in when the coach would suggest I go to a bank and attempt to get funded without the liquidity and education or Bio of a qualified sponsor to navigate the complexity of commercial mortgage requirements. This was the ultimate purpose I specifically paid for within my $32,000.00 to assist me with these efforts of obtaining financial assistance. So why should I be informed to walk into a bank and be politely denied a commercial loan for millions of dollars. when other Foreign and Caucasian participants are not only receiving 70% to 80% LTV but also enjoying the benefits of their money with the luxury of deciding which sponsor best fit their deal to help them close with ease. As much as people will like to believe racism has long passed, the truth is it's upon us in every aspect of life. So now I have been waiting for a response from RE-MENTOR for almost two months after countless phone calls and emails to every head figure in the company, including employees I personally interacted with.
My one year membership is up in May, it's apparently clear no one wants to address the compliant, and would rather the clock run out to justify their blatant disregard for Consumer Protection Laws, even the owner himself that I respectfully reach out to directly, "Mr. David Lindahl" Has yet to contact me to discuss any details of my experiences.
To be thoroughly knowledgeable about the success rate in this company for African American compared to the percentage of other ethnic groups, I would seriously suggest you do not believe the hype. It's simply a Pyramid Scheme design to Upsell you which is far from helping you succeed according to:

Making connections at UP
I met new people and reconnected with others I already know and had the opportunity to strengthen those connections. Lots of great education but being part of RE Mentor, which is truly a family, is the best part because you can’t form these types of bonds easily without UP.
Very detailed and informative
Very detailed and informative. Short however precise with information that was given.
UP2022 was a Great Event Dampened by Lack of Organization and more Thoughtful Planning
Overall, the event itself was magnificent. The panels, lectures, presenters, Joel and yourself, and the rest of the REM staff were great and offered meaningful information to prospective and experienced investors alike. Likewise, the exhibitors were informative and helped clarify their potential role in many important areas.
Secondly, the networking opportunity was absolutely one of the key benefits of this event and was a highlight for me. I personally was able to spend quality time in the evenings with at least two dozen experienced investors, many with sizable capital of their own to invest in projects. It was like hanging out with the crème de la crème in multi-family and commercial real estate. Also, the sense of family of everyone that attended made it easy to open up and integrate into the crowd. Even my daughter who is less outgoing than I felt a greater sense of ease in socializing with the quality people that attended.
But our attendance at UP2022 had its major setbacks as well, which could have been easily avoided through better organization and planning on REM's part. It was a result of the lack of proper UP2022 tagging, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience that resulted in me sitting way back in the hall Friday morning and missing out on a large part of the VIP luncheon with Dave while I ate a salad downstairs in the lobby. It also prevented me from being able to seat myself in the VIP section on Saturday morning. I approached the RE Mentor booth in great frustration, and after much explanation, was finally able to get properly tagged. I informed the woman who told me she was in charge of the tags that my daughter, due to circumstances beyond her control, wouldn't be arrived for another hour or so from the airport. She assured me she would have her tag ready for her when she arrived.
After wrapping up a photo shoot with Dave early that afternoon, my daughter finally arrived, and we immediately headed to the REM booth to acquire her UP2022 tag so she would miss as little of the remaining event as possible. However, when we got there, there was no staff present and we had to hunt down someone who could help obtain my daughter's tag. We eventually found someone, but they couldn't find her tag. I even helped look for it myself among the group of remaining tags, but it was nowhere to be found. Eventually, the woman responsible for tagging addressed our need but had some trouble finding the tag herself. She ended up fabricating a new one with the proper VIP and Mentor tagging as mine, which took more time, but we were then finally off to take part in the rest of the day's event.
After getting all of the tagging issues resolved, we were both looking forward to finally sitting down and immediately jumping into an informative presentation, but shortly after arriving in the hall, we were then inundated with an hour-plus sales promo with a $20,000 price tag on a training event at Harvard. As one who spent even more than that less than two months earlier to get himself and his daughter on board with RE Mentor, not to mention another $2,000 to attend UP2022, I was taken aback and quite annoyed at that juncture. It left a negative impression on my daughter as well. What we anticipated would be a peak day of the overall event had quickly become very anti-climatic. I spoke with others who traveled to Phoenix to attend UP2022, and they too conveyed similar upset about trying to get the most out of every hour of their investment into RE Mentor and the UP event only to have prime learning time being used to upsell another REM product. Like them, I didn't come all the way to Phoenix to attend a sales presentation.
To conclude, at my ripe old age of seventy, time comes at a premium, (as well as money), and I DON'T LIKE WASTING IT on unnecessary, superfluous nonsense. Between the cost of the event itself plus air travel, hotel, and ground transportation costs and my daughter's time off from her demanding job, Nina and I committed a lot toward making the most of this event, but unfortunately, we lost over a half day in counterproductive activity that dampened our momentum.
Perhaps I should have shared this with Jeannie, our mentor, on Wednesday, but I didn't want to bother her with any of this and instead chose to use this forum for voicing these major concerns. The woman responsible for the UP2022 tags offered to provide a partial refund for all the problems the tags created, which was thoughtful of her, but I'm not sure if it was ever executed.

Thank you all for so much for UP2022 it was awesome.
the content was great, both motivational, and educational. The Venders were great, it was nice to speak with so many professionals and see what their products are. the sound/acoustics was a big challenge there was a echo and it made it hard to understand speakers at times. As a whole we love the support and the eduction my biggest concern is killzone. I do not believe killzone is worth the amount charged, we were told and led to believe there would be brokers and deals there for the students to look at, in Tampa theat couldnt be further from what happened, WE brought the brokers and then we had to rent a car for 2 days to go out on our own. The bus tour i felt was unnecessary since we did much of that in immersion training. The amount we paid for basically 2-21/2 days in the classroom was not equal value. Had we came out of that event with a deal or at least a potential deal it would have been better. Very disappointed in Kill zone. There were students there who had not done immersion training or boot camp and had no clue what was being talked about. Can't say id recommend kill zone to others, with that being said the overall experience with REMentor is positive
The connections made were excellent
The connections made were excellent. The audio was a little hard to hear even right up front. (Speakers too small for the room.) The ticket raffle was ad hoc and confusing. Getting the extra ticket was impossible since I couldn't ever get on Jermaine's busy schedule
Best Yet!!
Hi Dave!
This was our 4th UP 2022 and by far was the best. ;-)) Its amazing what happens when you are able to clear obstacles in your Life and Life fills in that area with what you want.
Thanks

“Outstanding!” UP 2022 was a hit!
“Outstanding!” is the first word that comes to mind when reflecting on our time at UP 2022. The connections, speakers, networking were all above expectations. Kudos to Dave Lindhal and the RE Montor staff for their efforts in designing a truly remarkable event. Lots of value! Looking forward to UP 2023.
