I’m without words these guys went beyond to help my vision box come to reality , very communicative since day 1 to the day my product was delivered if I could give 100 SATARS I WOULD !!!! I also want to thank Mr Jeff who was the one who was in charge of my project also his partner yenson !!! Thank yall so much guys !!!

Very easy to work with! Who would have thought there would be so many details to cover with packaging, but here we are! Jeff made it easy and was really on top of our communications. This is my second time ordering from them and would certainly do it again.

These guys are the real deal! We went from a design, to order, to sample to spec and production in one month.

Anna was responsive, the team fixed some technical issues with the design (limitations based on physical materials) and got us over the finish line.

I’ll be using them long term for my packaging and you should too!

Anna did a wonderful job throughout the process. She was timely and responsive.

Ana was an excellent conduit for getting what I needed, quickly. She was very responsive via email. We went back and forth a few rounds with design to dial in exactly what my project needed to be. She helpfully sent samples of the stock, and once I pulled the trigger everything went exactly as planned. On time, and well executed.

WOW! Let me begin by just saying that I work in Marketing; am a graphic artist and understand the process of building something special.

We needed luxury gift boxes fast, and Sara, who is a packaging consultant helped me bring my vision to life.

She helped me build our vision exactly how we wanted, provided templates to me for us to design, and then her team sent 3-D proofs. We were thrilled.

Once we received our order, we were amazed by the high-end, elevated look to these boxes. Our CEO called it a "work of art".

These guys were great to work with in a short timeframe! I needed custom boxes built and shipped within 2 weeks and they were able to deliver. They were thorough in understanding my specs and delivered the quality I needed. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The boxes are great but service was not the best. This was my second time ordering because the first time around was a great experience. Not sure what was going on this time. They tried to charge me twice, and when I received shipment confirmation my address was wrong (I checked the paper work I filled out and I did indeed put down the correct address) When I reached out about the issue nobody responded. I did figure out how to correct it myself on the shippers website. The boxes themselves were good though.

Trust me when I say this! Stay the hell away from these scammers.
They're fake from top to bottom: fake company location, fake names, fake positive reviews. Let me break it down for you.

I ordered 100 custom boxes from them (6x6x6, one simple design) for my business. They asked for full payment upfront. I paid 490$USD. After a long delay, they finally sent me a proof, and it was full of unprofessional mistakes. I pointed them out, and then "Jeff," their salesman, called me.

He started yapping, saying those mistakes wouldn't show on the final product and that everything would be high quality. His accent was heavy, and I couldn't understand half of what he was saying. He didn't sound like a "Jeff Hill" at all. That alone raised red flags.

A few days later, I did some digging. And guess what? My gut was right. They're not based in Dallas, Texas like their site claims, they're operating out of Pakistan, printing everything there without ever disclosing that to clients.

So I confronted them. Told them I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back because they lied. Then "Jeff" calls me again "crying", begging me not to cancel. I asked him flat out:
-- Is your name even Jeff Hill?
-- No sir.
-- Are you based and printing in Dallas like your website says?
-- No sir, we print in Asia."
-- Where exactly?
-- Our offices are based in U.S and Asia
-- Where do you print the boxes?
-- The boxes are printed in Pakistan, sir.
-- So you're operating under a fake name and deceiving customers by making them believe they're ordering boxes from Dallas, Texas, while in reality, you're printing them in Pakistan and shipping overseas without disclosing that to the customers?
-- Sorry for that Sir.

And this guy had the nerve to promise me again swearing that the quality would be great, even if it's printed in Pakistan. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (my mistake), told him to at least send me a sample.

Weeks pass. More lies. Delays. Excuses. Finally, he sends me a photo of the sample. And guess what? It's garbage. The box was misprinted and didn't even match the approved proof. So I told them to cancel the order and at least refund me 50% of what I paid.

Did they? Of course not.

They hit me with more BS: "We have to check with the manager, blah blah blah. Day after day, same story. Then they told me they found the manager and that the manager agrees for the partial refund, "We now need CEO approval for the refund" haha crazy dudes. And remember I only asked for half my money back to end this fast, since they've already wasted my time and even though I never got neither want the product.

Kindness doesn't work with these kind of people. They'll take your money, feed you lies.

I'm disputing this with my bank to get all my money back since I didn't receive anything and I don't want their low-quality crap. These people are scammers, and I swear I'll expose their site for what it really is I wouldn't bother to write a review but since they won't even return 50% of the money I spend. (EDIT: After seeing my online reviews, they called me and refunded 50% of my money.)

If you've already been scammed by this shady company, please report them to Google.
I will do everything I can to prevent others from going through this same nightmare. I've been ordering products online for the last 20 years this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.

Stay away from this company.

I ordered a batch of custom cereal boxes for my band's debut merch release and could not be happier with them.
