Very impressed with couch and sales experience

Experienced a smooth transaction end to end, from my initial email to enquire about the availability and back up (spares & service should we need it) of a REM 3 motor couch, to the on time delivery everything was a straight forward. No calls to say there would be a delay, no I can't do that from the delivery driver.
The couch was also very much plug and play, it was well packaged / protected so no issues. We have only used the couch for a couple of days but my clients have all commented on it, it makes a very impressive presence in the treatment room, looks and feels good quality.

Excellent service from REM

Emailed REM regarding a wall mounted dryer hood, I had bought a dryer but one important piece was missing from the hood dryer, i emailed REM explaining the situation and I was expecting there to be a cost involved but the lady who took up the issue was friendly and very helpful, the item was sent out promptly and the communication was excellent as a salon owner we know the quality and value of REM products. I believe in “ you get wage to pay for “ and this definitely applies to REM - quality as standard. Thankyou

Shortly after purchasing a dryer…

Shortly after purchasing a dryer through a wholesaler we had a problem with the visor. Wholesaler did not reply to messages so contacted REM and they were great, replied straight away, said they would look into it and sent a replacement out free of charge within a few days. Great service!

Backwash problem

Top Rated customer service. Fast response. Friendly and very helpful. I’ve had a REM mirrored unit for over 20 years. Some of the screw fixtures finally started to give way. I was unable to find the fixtures anywhere in local hardware stores. I contacted REM and they were happy to send me the screw fixture for free in the post. I’m so happy I didn’t have to get rid of the entire unit which has served its purpose for many years. Good quality and good customer service. 👍🏽

After hairdressing for 12 years I…

After hairdressing for 12 years I decided it was time for me to open up a business of my own. Lockdown made me make the decision and it all happened very quickly. 3 weeks in fact, I had to renovate a garage into a salon. I had placed a order for salon furniture with another company who had awful customer service and let me down with less than a week to go before opening. I rang REM and spoke to Lisa. She explained it would be difficult to get furniture to me in the time frame I needed but she worked her absolute magic and pulled it out of the bag. Within hours she called me back and had every item I needed. Her customer service was brilliant, she followed up with emails to reassure me the items had left the warehouse. Prompt delivery in perfect condition. I can’t thank her enough for helping me get the salon ready just in the nick of time. Highly recommend the furniture and the company for the services they provide.

I decided to do a salon update in…

I decided to do a salon update in lockdown so visited the showroom last week and met Mike the company director. I had an amazing time, was brilliantly looked after and advised. Mike then came out to my salon to do a design for me. Excellent advice and customer service, he really knows his stuff and cares. Won’t shop anywhere else now. Can’t wait to receive all my equipment, hopefully before opening. Fantastic quality.
Just wanted to add that all my equipment arrived, amazingly packaged!
The salon looks fantastic and clients love it!

Salon refit in lockdown? Easy when REM are on side!

I decided that lockdown was an ideal time to refit my salon. Mike and his team at REM.CO.UK have been outstanding answering all my queries promptly and professionally. Best for Quality, style & durability

I have used REM for all my salon furniture for the last 7 years. The quality style and durability of all their products have been fantastic. I have a large salon with multiple treatment rooms that get a lot of use. Only my REM furniture has stood the test of time. Excellent quality, style and knowledge of what’s required in the beauty & spa industry.
