It's also fairly heavy due to the quality of materials, I recommend having 2 people to move big items :) Thrilled with the bed and the shelves. We brought the Baltic Nero Washback .From phone call to delivery whot a great company ,British made quality lovely deep sink 👌 Sales team could not have been more helpful . Was delivered on time by there own driver ,and was well packed and i we could check all was there no rush at all

We had a bespoke corner bench made by REM and cannot be happier with the service and quality of the product. it looks great. The design department were extremely helpful with my request and it fits perfect. I will definitely be ordering more items.

REM have agreed to replace the panels that are faulty I do have to pay myself for them to be fitted, but REM have given me the contact details of a reputable engineer. I feel this is a reasonable compromise
I would in future only deal with the manufacturers, because the suppliers, who should have addressed this issue, were totally unhelpful and flippant.
Hi all I bought an REM electric bed 14 months ago it cost £1270 from Ellisons.
I only ever wash it with warm water and I always use couch roll. The material is disintegrating and Ellisons are not prepared to replace it or offer any sort of recompense. Simply, said that they buy them in from REM who offer 1 year manufacturers warranty and they can therefore only log my dissatisfaction, and follow REM guidelines.
Really really disappointed. I would never purchase anything from Ellisons again. Iv had a number of treatment couches over the years. All much cheaper and lasted several years
UPDATE- as below ...REM have replied and are saying that they will help me in this matter. If I achieve resolution I will amend my review. Ellisons are blaming REM and REM are blaming Ellisons so we shall see

Had a great experience with REM and purchased 7 of the custom made Dream Pedi spa chairs.
Scott Moore REMs Sales and Design Representative made sure the furniture including the links matched our salons design. The Rose gold taps added just added that extra wow factor and our clients are amazed with such good feedback.
Aftersales was brilliant as our builders were running late to complete the works and despite a huge load of chunky furniture being ready for delivery on the agreed date, i on my end had to change and push the date back twice and its was no issue for them to such a favour in storing the items untill we could have them delivered.
