Delivery 5 days late, no appliance, kids at home, loss of earnings and you haven’t answered one call or email from me

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. My new washing machine was delivered within 46 hrs. How fantastic. Cheap prices, easy transaction,no problems at all.
Delivery guys were great to. So nice and polite and helpful.
Ive shared this company to everyone I know.

Delivery made to my Daughter. She was delighted with her delivery & says the team were very friendly, polite and very helpful.
Delivery was easily arranged and delivered on time.

Whilst the Reliant Customer Services were great unfortunately the Courier company they use to deliver are awful! Arrow XL!! Paid for next day delivery of our Fridge Freezer which would have been the Thursday, Courier company didnt deliver, so after 30mins on the phone to get through to them (Arrow XL) rebooked for the following Monday, rang them again on the Monday to confirm delivery was still on track to be told that the order hadnt been put through! Had to rebook again for Wednesday! 6 days later than I had planned and paid for. 30c heat, half term, and no fridge freezer for almost a week!!

The Woodland grill 5+1 is easy to assemble and works well. Delivery was very quick and it was well packed. The only problem I had was locating the gas supply pipe and igniter lead for the side burner . After a quick call to Reliant, who were very helpful , I found it tucked in along the main gas pipe.

I ordered a new fridge on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery as my fridge had stopped running the order immediately told me delivery would be Friday. On Friday morning I emailed to ask for a time as I hadn’t heard from the delivery company, a lady called from reliant saying my order would come on Tuesday, after explaining that I needed it and had paid for it to be delivered quickly due to having no fridge and the weekend temp was to be a heatwave she apologised and said firstly they would refund my next day payment secondly she would escalate my order for Saturday, the weekend was a bank holiday. On Friday night at 10.30pm I get another email saying delivery deferred until Tuesday. When the order arrived 2 hours later than originally stated ,although they did send a message at the original time to say it was running late , I took off the packaging to find a big dent in the front door! Fridge works ok sadly energy rating E which I hadn’t realised, my fault for not looking at details. Feeling disappointed.

The company text me with an estimated delivery slot of two hours and I i was able to track his journey. This made my schedule smooth. The driver Dean was very professional and he also placed the item in my kitchen for me. He was pleasant and polite. No fuss just complete 100% good old fashioned customer service. Thank you Dean.

Item arrived earlier than expected which is a bonus. The 2 delivery men were very polite and bought the item right onto our property. Very happy 😊

Our delivery driver dean was very professional and very helpful. He managed to get the American fridge into the house and even helped us move stuff out of the way to get the fridge through.

Extremely polite the delivery crew and delivered when you said as this was the third company we used as the other two company s let us down when they said they were delivering they didn't also very competitive prices
