My recent order with Reliant was awesome. Fast service, good price, awesome delivery service and communication.

I was the only one at home as my partner went out, and the delivery person helped me place the gadget the exact please that I wanted it. He was very lovely and professional.
I was sceptical at first, but now...I have bought two of my major home appliances from them, and it's working far better than I imagined.

Was looking for washing machine. Came across your site ,great price and right weight and spin speed i wanted. Service was great ,delivery was great kept up to date with time of arrival.

Thought I was silly 1 man delivering a American fridge freezer who did struggle a bit with it raining aswell' we couldn't get it through the door so sone & grandson came ' had to take front door off lol but all in all I love it

Very pleased with customer services from reliant, unfortunately the fridge freezer was delivered damaged and the delivery men took pictures of damage. Anthony from reliant was 5 star customer services and is solving the damage fridge freezer.

Driver very rude on phone turned up half hour early even with notes to say what times could not enter. So did not deliver. Got another time and date all set again then at 9am next morning another text saying there was a problem with delivery, contacted reliant again not very helpfull said she would try and sort something out and would ring me back within the hour NO call tried ringing again left on the call is important to us for 30 minutes twice no answer, finally got a text from delivery saying it was on a replacement van but couldn't give a time, when it did arrive recognised the driver voice same as the previous driver, not very good didn't unpack left it in the middle of the kitchen floor did remove the old cooker but left tyre marks all along the hallway, I had to cancel the gas fitting man which cost me £45 now left with cooker in middle of the kitchen and can't get it fitted till Saturday, in all not a very good experience. Have just had a call from a nice young man called Anthony he was very helpful and has refunded the £45

The product (a freezer) seems fine but I paid extra for unpack, set up and take away of packaging. The drivers were rude refused and when I emailed to ask for a refund for the extra charge I was ignored.

great service great bit of kit for the price .

We ordered the HYE ice maker.
It arrived promptly. It is a compact machine but wow it works well. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space and was quite reasonably priced.
It is quiet and makes lots of ice in a short space of time. The only noise is when the ice drops once its made.

Ordered and delivered within days. Efficient delivery and all was good.

It was easy to order my appliance and arrange delivery.
Unfortunately the delivery people didn't feel they could remove my old appliance in case there was water in it. So I paid for a service I didn't get.

I ordered a cooker which was ment to be delivered 8 days ago. After taking time off work and waiting over 3 hours during the 2 hour delivery slot I contacted the delivery company to be told that it had been misplaced- and they will be in contact. I was then told it was found and I’d be updated on a new date.
Still nothing 8 days later.
I have emailed the company twice and allowed over 48 hours for a response- but nothing. No one is picking up the phone. I’m now feeling I’ve been scammed.
After many emails -ignored and a 35 min call on hold to be cut off. I contacted the delivery company again as reliant do not pick up the phone or respond to emails. I’ve now found out from the delivery company that it was cancelled Monday (it’s now Thursday) as can’t find the order- no one has bothered to let me know.

I’ve now had to order else where and have no cooker but Reliant still has my money. They have ignored my emails and no one picks up the phone. Just tried again and gave up after 32mins on hold. I’ve just had to contact my bank to try and get my money back. Disappointed is an understatement and totally have wasted my valuable time and money.

The prices are good but I paid for next day/nominated day delivery and it was delivered two days later. When I contacted customer services, they had nothing to say and then didn't respond. The delivery company didn't call 30 mins before arrival like they said they would. Because I was out (because it was delivered a day late) I asked them to leave it by the back door, but they left it at the bottom of the garden, making it harder to get the washing machine into the house. Luckily I hadn't paid for set up/removal/etc.
Nothing that is the end of the world, but just frustrating overall. Get what you pay for.

The cooker I brought was great value for money.
The delivery was really quick and the customer services were amazing.
I would highly recommend using Reliant again.

Internal design of the dishwasher is not very user friendly.

Fastest Service out of any supplier by far, a great price and beat the others on shipping time by weeks. Would recommend for any household appliances
