I would give negative stars if I could…

I would give negative stars if I could .. this company does not give a crap about its customers .. I had a car loan through them .. paid on time every month .. almost 400.00 a month .. then I was rear ended at a red light and my car totaled .. not only did they not even bother refinancing me .. they actually refused to.. for a new car .. but now they sent the 100 bucks or so that was left on the loan TO COLLECTIONS after less then 2 months of not being able to pay the 20.00 they basically forced me to agree to pay after the loss of my car caused me and MY CHILD to end up homeless in Seattle as my car was my income temporarily as I was between jobs .. I was doing Uber etc .. so I was left with zero income and no car to get back home with .. they got over 9,000.00 from insurance that paid off all but 100.00 of that loan and basically told me I had to pay at least 20.00 a month to keep them from sending that last 100.00 to collections .. I agreed hoping I’d have a job.soon .. but the only shelter me and my daughter could go to, as it wasn’t full was way out in the middle of no where near in Snohomish near no bus lines so I had no way to find or get to a job and was unable to pay the 20.00 a month they made me agree to. I just got a little money from a study I’d done before the accident and called to make a payment today come to find out they sent it to collections .. mind you the agreement was made end of Oct start of Nov so it hasn’t even been 2 months.. these people are predatory and will do anything to squeeze whatever they can out of you .. they could have just as easily forgiven that last 100 given my situation but no instead they basically said .. “screw you and what happened .. we do not care .. not only did we take your ENTIRE damages settlement.. but you best believe we will squeeze that last dime out of you if we can too.. and if you don’t pay.. we’ll send you to collections and ruin your credit.. OVER just 150.00 or so too.. WE DO NOT CARE!!!” This is their thanks to a good customer?? someone who paid on time always .. and who was put in circumstances not at all my fault???? Id hate to see what they do to not so good customers!!!! DO NOT USE THEM they are predatory and money hungry .. Also tell your friends , family and whoever else NOT TO USE THEM ., they are trying to DESTROY my credit over 150.00 or so AFTER GETTING OVER 9 GRAND in OCTOBER from insurance.. they still try to screw ME OVER ?? A good customer?? And now I’m homeless in an unfamiliar city WITH MY CHILD because of this accident.. I’m hoping we get an apartment soon but with them destroying my credit over 150 bucks, I’m not sure that will happen now . I just moved to a shelter closer to town and just got a small local part time job and called today to pay only to find out they decided to destroy my credit by sending me to collections over a measly 150.00 .. AND AFTER getting over 9 grand in October .. taking all of the money awarded to me in my damage claim .. this is what they do TO THEIR GOID CUSTOMERS .. and now me and my child may end up staying homeless cuz they ruined my credit by sending this to collections.. UNBELIEVABLE and THOROUGHLY DISGUSTING

: Disappointing Experience with reliable credit I recently had a very disappointing experience with [reliable credit] that I feel compelled to share. After falling behind on my car payments due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasnt notified that my vehicle was going to be repossessed. While I understand that banks have policies in place to protect their interests, the handling of my situation left much to be desired.

First and foremost, communication was lacking. I attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times to discuss alternatives, but I found it difficult to get clear answers or support. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless.

Additionally, the repossession process itself was quite distressing. I received No notice before my car was taken, which compounded the stress of an already challenging financial situation. I believe that banks should consider the human aspect of financial difficulties and provide more assistance or options before resorting to such drastic measures.

While I acknowledge my responsibility in this situation, I believe that [reliable credit] could improve their customer service and communication regarding repossession policies. It’s essential for banks to show compassion and understanding during tough times.

In conclusion, my experience with [reliable credit ] has been overwhelmingly negative. I hope that they take steps to improve their support for customers facing financial hardships in the future.

Melissa, we understand that you have spoken with management about your concerns but remain unsatisfied. Your account history shows that Reliable worked with you to accept payment arrangements during many unforeseen circumstances over the life of your account. The current repossession occurred after Reliable attempted to contact you multiple times between September 30 and October 18 with no response from you. On or about October 18, Reliable notified you via letter and email that repossession could occur if your account was not brought current within 7 days. Although you emailed Reliable that you would make a payment on October 21, you did not do so and did not otherwise respond to Reliable’s additional attempts to contact you between October 22 and October 29 to follow up on your promise to pay, resulting in the repossession on October 31. If you have additional questions about the repossession, please call the Milwaukie branch office and ask to speak with the manager.

I went through a difficult Divorce and…

I went through a difficult Divorce and Bankruptcy several years ago. I'm retired and disabled and my Credit Score went in the Toilet. Reliable Credit in Milwaukie, Oregon took a chance on Me for an Auto loan. Since that first time back in 2010 i think I have purchased seven additional Autos through them. They Trusted me when no one else would give me the time of day. When I purchased the following vehicles Dealers told me: "Oh, we can get you a better rate", but I said no, I will stick with the Lender who stuck with me. I paid all of my many loans there as agreed, I was always treated honestly and with respect. I am traveling in Asia now, but when I return in September I will once again count on Reliable. Sure the rates are high, because they take a lot of risks by helping folks like me, but hey it's an Auto Loan, not a Mortgage. I'm 76 and Retired, so an extra $25.00 per month in interest payment to deal with an Honest Lender like Reliable is more than Worth It To Me. Michael Clark
