If I could leave zero i would. I never asked this company to leave. Y parcel in a safe. They delivered. Y parcel today left in the bins in a block of flats and said it was delivered. I have a letter box he didn't use. Never received my package. No way of contacting them. This isn't the first time. I wish companies wouldn't use this delivery company. Very dishonest

Horrible experience: I received a QR code to collect the parcel at a local shop, but it was never delivered there! I tried to contact customer support, but it is non-existent. Useless and not trustworthy.

AWFUL COMPANY. How on earth you manage to deliver my parcels to the wrong address every time is beyond me. no other couriers have done this. you’re losing me money and it’s a joke. absolutely no accountability whatsoever. shocking. must be going bust any day now

Awful. I ordered two items from Vinted, and chose the same collection shop for both, a shop 2 minutes walk form my house. Sveral day later Relay informed me that there woud be a delay and that one parcel would be delivered to a shop about 1.5 miles west from my chosen collection point, and the other parcel would be delivered to a shop about 2 miles east of my chosen collection point. Why shoud I be forced to run around like a healdess chicken for the convenience of Relay? (I am physically disabled).

DO NOT USE RELAY DELIVERY!!

Customer service is non-existent.

Have had a couple of issues with relay.

The local parcel shop they use expect you to go rummaging through the delivery bag looking for your parcel.
I contacted relay about this but the parcel shop are still expecting people to go rummaging through the delivery bag.

I recently sold something on vinted and the buyer selected relay.
This was 3 weeks ago. The tracking stated that the parcel was at the buyer's parcel shop however when the went to collect it the parcel , the parcel could not be found.
The parcel has now been sent back to my parcel shop.
I contacted relay customer service but have had no response.
I have removed relay as a delivery option from my vinted account.

I have amended my previous poor review due to the great responses from customer service. Prompt and helpful updating me regarding progress of my package. My packages arrived as promised including one arriving earlier than planned.

WORLD SLOWEST DELIVERY SERVICE IN UK.MY ITEM MOVE AFTER 6 DAYS

Tracking and notifications were ok and parcel was delivered in a reasonable time. However, parcel was opened almost entirely - I had only ordered some baby clothes and luckily the seller had put in an internal plastic wrapping, so nothing was damaged, but it makes me wonder if it was a more expensive item would the parcel have still been delivered?

Wouldn't even give them a 1. Delivered my parcel god knows where. The proof photo had someone elses name and address on and a week later have yet to respond to my emails and messages trying to chase up my delivery. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely useless how on earth can these even be a delivery company its either lost or very very late or not picked up from the pick up point AT ALL !This option needs to be taken away to use as a delivery service they have not got a clue what they are doing.

Chose Relay for cheap cost ... never, ever again!
So many parcels ordered through Vinted using Relay have had 1 month delays. Sometimes the item was returned to seller even though it never arrived with my Relay collection point! No QR code generated and sent by email/WhatsApp yet tracker stayed that the item was ready for collection. I popped into the shop and we physically searched through all parcels and nothing was there. What a poor customer service too. 😢

Awful delivery service! Parcel is 6 days late. Haven't responded to my message to enquire where its been and tracking states its at their sorting depot, so obviously its been lost. I will never order from a company using this delivery service. Terrible!

Vinted order got mixed up by Relay. I ordered a nice white jumper, I got a coffee pot. It's like a random gift generator, rather than a courier service. First time I ever used them, terrible. Delivery doesn't even have a name on it just a QR code, no wonder there are so many issues. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor communication and failing to respond and the redelivery stated for a particular day but no further tracking update. I would not recommend the companies like shein should use them at all

Of the few deliveries 4 out of 10 have been delayed with no tracking updates. Customer service tell you to wait but it’s too long

I was told my parcel would be delivered 9.30-1.30. When it didn’t arrived I checked tracking and time had changed to 16.15 onwards. Then at 16.15 I get a notification … a photo of my parcel on the doorstep. He may of rung my bell but I didn’t hear it …. because he left it at wrong address.

If could give less i would I have items shiped to me 3/4 times now and everytime they are soooooooooo slow at every stage of the delivery don t use them
