Relay was supposed to deliver my…

Relay was supposed to deliver my package at my address, The package was delivered to another door next door to me and a photo was taken with the parcel by the letter box. He never posted it through their door and left with the package in his hand. All this was recorded on my door cam. Can the courier return my parcel. I have footage of him leaving with parcel in his hand . He left on a motor bike. My parcel was not delivered at 4.43 . The courier took it back.

Ordered from well regarded seller on Vinted. 11 days since it was despatched I'm still waiting with no updates, no response from customer service(!) and the tracking states "courier collected". Will NEVER use Relay again as bad for seller and buyer. Dreadful.

Was told on Saturday 16th May that my parcel was with them despite it being ordered on 6th May and the company I ordered from saying they had despatched it on the 9th May and am still waiting for it on the 19th with it still saying on the tracking they are waiting for it

Absolutely awful delivery service

Absolutely awful delivery service, two parcels lost, never to be seen again and unable to contact anyone, they respond to emails saying it’s on its way and keep moving the expected date of delivery, I’m now at one month from date of posting with them. Ridiculous

Expect to be disappointed, not worth the risk

I didn’t check who the courier was when I purchased something on Vinted and that was a mistake I won’t make again! I’ve already had a really bad experience with this company through other websites and I intended never to use them again after they delivered my child’s Christmas gift 2 weeks too late. Complaint got me no where they are rude and incompetent. This time once again tracking not updating 5 days have passed since I should have received the item I purchased. No idea where it is and no idea if it will ever arrive. Vinted will suffer losses if they continue to use / promote this awfully bad service because it’s not worth risking it they can’t be trusted. AVOID

If I could give 0 stars that’s what it would be. I purchased an expensive item via Vinted, Relay were the couriers being pushed by Vinted for postage at the time, didn’t think much of it at the time but thought it was the sellers choice if postage. I’m now at 2 weeks & still waiting for the delivery that hasn’t appeared. Absolute rubbish, this parcel was mixed up at point of drop off and them fixing the address label which goes over the top of a small yellow/orange or red QR code label. Both myself and seller have been told to wait 35 days in case the parcel appears😂😂😂😂😡😡😡latest advice is to remove address label to reveal the orange QR code label and send that in for investigation to take place, meanwhile and expensive item that was picked up by someone else (they are not much better for not advising of the wrong item) is still out there somewhere!! I will never use Relay again!!

Shocking

Shocking! Had a message and email to say 2 parcels delivered to my local drop off, but they weren’t, one apparently was dropped off to local post office as they couldn’t find the drop off shop but what they failed disclose was which post office! Parcel was then returned to sender. I emailed to chase and replied to the what’s app message they previously sent chasing this but no response just an email to say will respond in 72hours, this was then not followed through by them.
The 2nd parcel was delivered according to messages to local drop off and again not there, 3 days later it was returned to sender and again no clue as to where the parcel was being held!

Really disappointing and will not be using their services again.

Dreadful.

Dreadful.

Usually I am not home when parcels get delivered - I am leaving them a note to leave it on my door mat, because if it's left on a corridor people are stealing.

Even if I am at home they ringing the door bell, yet still they not bothered to come to my front doors

I approached a lady who's been delivering one day, and she said there's no way she's gonna go to every single door to deliver, it's easier for her to leave it on the hallway, and her company said it's fine ....

What's the point of leaving security safe place notes, if no one reads them ?

Thanks relay, you are absolutely awful !!

Expect the worst.

I thought Evri were bad but Relay take it to a whole new level. Waiting on two separate orders, through Vinted, with no sign of any movement after the collections over a week ago. Utter shambles.

Horrendous company

I have been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks and still nothing. I have tried emailing and response is slow if you do get a response. Still awaiting explanation as to where my parcel is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My parcel was supposedly delivered on…

My parcel was supposedly delivered on 13.05.2026. I received a delivery photo of my parcel held up against a letter box of a door that isn’t on my house. It was the same number as my house but definitely not my door. I contacted Relay through the link in WhatsApp and it took them 5 days to respond. I have to claim off the retailer for their incompetency!
