Honestly my experience with relay has been positive each time, if I’m expecting a delivery from relay, I get a WhatsApp message asking if I want my delivery sent to my local shop instead and it’s a lot faster and convenient by collecting from my local shop, they are a good delivery service and I have no complaints about them, they’re fast, efficient and reliable and I’ve both sent and received with zero issues so all good for me

Missed delivery date. No customer service.

Awful service, disrespectful couriers who don’t give a shite about your parcel. And don’t get me started on automated phone calls at 06:00 in the bloody morning, add that to constant bombardment with emails and texts…… just deliver the bloody parcels

No way to contact customer service to track a Vinted delivery that has not been delivered!
No point in a website that cannot help you, the CONTACT US button does not work!!
Very frustrating to say the least.

Totally unprofessional company. The driver who delivers my package to my company address probably has some kind of mental disorder. The company is locked and he leaves the package on the stairs from 9:00 PM, where the package was stolen. I wrote in the description to deliver to the mailbox and leave it in front of the door. I do not recommend this company.

I wish I could give it no star, awful services, take ages to deliver parcel. Never going to use it again.

I’ve read loads of reviews regarding Relay , but I’ve used them alot and I have to say I’ve had no problems at all , very convenient drop off and collection point ( Local Garage ) it can be a little slow but overall pretty good

Opted for my parcel to be delivered to a local Budgens. Tracking said they'd got the parcel then a few days later I got the message it was being returned to sender instead.
Tried to contact them but no response. Trying t find out from the sender what's happening. I suspect I'm not going to get my parcel obvs.

Relay are awful. You buy something to be delivered at home and relay try and divert it to other places mid transit.
Also I had another package saying it had been delivered at an address which was a residential private house!! Do NOT use relay!!

Very bad service drop the parcel and 5 days not moving at all and shows tjey collected amd since then nothing

Lost my parcel. Poor updates. Much less reliable than Royal Mail and InPost in my opinion

I paid for home delivery. They changed it to local store collection without my permission. Avoid at all costs.

Relay sends email trying to get you to change to collection, and then just claims you requested collection when you didnt to avoid delivery!

I have had problems both sending and receiving deliveries when Relay has been used on Vinted. I get that parcels go missing but it seems to happen on a regular basis with Relay. And the customer support is awful. Minimum 5-7 days before you hear back and they wash their hands of the problem. No help tracking parcels down. As a result I’ve been left out of pocket on one delivery. I’ve now switched off using them and wouldn’t recommend.

Parcel never turned up. Wish I'd checked the reviews before I committed to using them. 8f it were possible to leave zero stars, then I would.

If I could leave zero i would. I never asked this company to leave. Y parcel in a safe. They delivered. Y parcel today left in the bins in a block of flats and said it was delivered. I have a letter box he didn't use. Never received my package. No way of contacting them. This isn't the first time. I wish companies wouldn't use this delivery company. Very dishonest

Horrible experience: I received a QR code to collect the parcel at a local shop, but it was never delivered there! I tried to contact customer support, but it is non-existent. Useless and not trustworthy.

AWFUL COMPANY. How on earth you manage to deliver my parcels to the wrong address every time is beyond me. no other couriers have done this. you’re losing me money and it’s a joke. absolutely no accountability whatsoever. shocking. must be going bust any day now

Awful. I ordered two items from Vinted, and chose the same collection shop for both, a shop 2 minutes walk form my house. Sveral day later Relay informed me that there woud be a delay and that one parcel would be delivered to a shop about 1.5 miles west from my chosen collection point, and the other parcel would be delivered to a shop about 2 miles east of my chosen collection point. Why shoud I be forced to run around like a healdess chicken for the convenience of Relay? (I am physically disabled).
