If it were possible I would give zero, because that is what I have received so far! Even the updates on Kickstarter seem to have stopped (August 2023 was the last).

I bought in 2022 reinkeston R1 and I am still awaiting for delivery. No answer to my emails and no refund yet. Great scam….

I backed their project on Kickstarter, we never got our product (so they scammed about 2,300 persons) and now they are selling more and more out of our money... Terrible people, not trustworthy, work ethics don't seem to be in their language

Scam. If you are lucky enought they sent something to you, then pray for it not to broke. They have no support. I have a broken $400 device as a paperweight...

Like everyone else, Kickstarter backer. Years later, nothing received, money down drain, no attempt to meet KS commitments, Fraud, scam, con, or theft

In 2021 I purchased Reinkstone R1 through Kickstarter and still haven't reveived it. I haven't given a public opinion since a failure of a company means the failure of my purchase, but now that I claimed my tablet to them in private and obtained no response, I want to prevent other people to not invest or buy any product from Wiwood, Reinkstone or Reframecase (yes, they change the company name each 3 years to cheat new crowds).

There are other honest e-ink companies, for example Bigme, from who I've bought 2 products through Kickstarter and they took just 4 months to arrive. I'm not advertising, it's just an alternative so that you never loose money with these people as I have lost it.

Reinkstone Tablet on Kickstarter gave $369 over 3 years ago and they stopped giving updates on the project over 8 months ago, refuse to refund or send out the tablets they promised.

Still no products and is it about 4 years now? I lose track!

scamming organisation, never delivered the reinkstone e-tablet, communication stops, promised are never made. Stay away from these guys
