First ride on my reflex yesterday what a bike brilliant big thanks to Phil and everyone at reilly.

Super rapid service I needed a new rear mech hanger and it was sent next day to Spain where I live.

The service I received from my initial inquiry through to the purchase of my bike was professional, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and Phil was a font of knowledge and really helped with my spec. Packaging and delivery were also 1st class and to top it off I received a complimentary cleaning kit. My bike is amazing and oozes quality. I thoroughly recommend Reilly to all cyclists.

Reilly bikes have some tremendous products. I am really, really happy with my bike. Their communication has been excellent and have helped me every step of the way to building my dream bike. Highly recommended.

Spectre 105. I am so glad I made that decision to buy a Reilly. It just feels lovely, so versatile. The more I ride it the more I love it. Their service and concern for my requirements was also exceptional.
If you are umming and arring about which Ti bike to go for I definitely recommend Reilly.

I waited a month before writing this review to get some experience on the bike. All I can say is this is an excellent bike that performs brilliantly and is comfortable to ride. The Reilly team were very professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this bike.

Needed a replacement bolt. Phil kindly organised and received 24 hours after ordering. Great after service.

Noticed my Reilly seat lamp was missing a small section - haven’t touched the clamp in 11 months of regular riding. Sent Phil a WhatsApp message who informed it was covered under warranty and arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately. Another example of how Reilly look after their customers.

The whole team were incredibly personable and helpful, any and all my questions were answered throughout the process. My custom anodised Gradient exceeded all my expectations. The anodised graphics I requested are exceptional. Kudos to the Reilly team!

I responded to a Christmas offer of 2 Reilly carbon bottle cages for the price of one - a great offer as I wanted them for my new Sceptre, so it saved me £25! Then, to cap that, they arrived in 24 hours using next day delivery. Very impressive. I love my Reilly and Reilly service!

Petra Wiltshire did a fantastic job convincing me Reilly was to be the name on my next bike, and she was so correct. It’s a superb bike for all weathers, I am extremely happy both with the gravel bike, and the service.

The whole Reilly experience is smooth, professional and customer orientated. I engaged with Reilly in order to facilitate the purchase of a Reilly Gradient for my wife and things couldn't have run smoother. She is now the happy owner and rider of a Reilly Gradient and I received a new POC helmet. We both now have Reilly Ti bikes of exceptional quality. What's not to like?
