Great experience and novel way of buying house hold products such as kitchen

I recently sold my kitchen through 2nd Hand Kitchens and was thoroughly impressed with the process from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with—making what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless.
They handled everything with care and attention to detail, from photographing and listing the kitchen to coordinating viewings and arranging collection. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.
It’s great to see a company that not only promotes sustainability but also delivers such a high level of service to sellers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell a used kitchen with minimal hassle and maximum return.

Awful, awful experience to the point I have no option than to take this legally. We have received no funds despite our kitchen leaving our house eight weeks ago. We have repeated called the office, sent emails and regularly people have failed to call back and just cannot commit to any timeframes. I would genuinely never recommend this company to anyone. It is truly one of the worst companies I have ever come across.

Pleased with the kitchen, which was as described and looks great in our kitchen extension. We saved £1000s by buying second hand.
Sale and communication were good. We just had an issue with one oven door, which was broken off.
Rehome sent us photos of the two ovens resting in their backs, with doors apparently attached. This was not proof that the damage was not suffered during dismantling/shipping. We had to order a replacement part to fix the door.

While the final stages of installation are still underway, we calculate we will have the kitchen project finished for around 50 to 60% of the cost we were quoted elsewhere for a lesser quality kitchen, with lower spec appliances.
Prior to purchase, I had spent a long time looking at kitchens available on Rehome and waited until one was available that did not need any reconfiguration to fit our space. That said, two of the units did have different dimensions than the listing stated, but thankfully - having hired an experienced fitter - this didn't cause us any issues.
The delivery process was smooth & we were kept well informed of expected arrival time on the agreed date.
As to be expected for an ex-display kitchen, there are a couple of scratches/blemishes, but nothing major (although I will try to touch up).
Overall we are very happy with the service Rehome offered and believe the site has facilitated us being able to buy a much better quality kitchen than we would have otherwise been able to afford. I think having a good, experienced fitter was key though (one who could work without a plan, think on his feet & come up with solutions).
I would recommend looking at Rehome to others. For us, taking the risk of buying an unseen ex-display kitchen was worth it, and we would do it again!

One phone call to start the process and hardly any other effort from me . My kitchen is now residing in someone else’s home and the money is in my bank account ! It doesn’t come better than that !! The whole process took me 2mths . They provided everything from the photographer, advertising , the sale and the clean tidy removal of my entire kitchen . 2 weeks later the money was in my bank .

Great service , answered all our queries quickly and all the quality worktops arrived intact which was a bonus , you take a chance but we were very pleased with the high quality of kitchen that we’ve got for the price . We found a certain flexible mindset on layout helps and a skilled kitchen fitter to optimise the outcome.

Friendly and helpful professionals who were very open to any questions and clarified anything that I was not sure about. Great to know that our older but beautifully built kitchen will be used in another family home.

Honestly couldn’t be happier. We’ve got our dream kitchen for a tiny fraction of what it would’ve costed us. Customer service were brilliantly helpful, delivery team were incredible, and the kitchen is just sublime. I will 100% be using ReHome again very soon!

Purchasing a kitchen through Rehome was a good experience for us. We live in France so collecting and shipping a kitchen back to France has its problems. But the Rehome team gave assistance and guidance along the way, all credit to you all. Rehome is a great way to be environmentally conscious when remodelling your kitchen. They've really nailed the whole process. We were concerned about having to dismantle and collect a second hand kitchen ourselves but Rehome handled all that for us (delivery was extra but dismantle included). We saved so much money and are thrilled with our new kitchen. Communication throughout was impeccable. Highly recommeded.

Incredible customer service they were constantly checking for everything was good even after we’d had the delivery of the kitchen and when we had a piece missing, they were straight on it and sourced it for us. The delivery service was also top-notch and I would thoroughly recommend it’s well worth the money.

Re home made the whole process easy with dismantling a kitchen we had purchased in London and delivered on time to us on the south coast exactly when they said, communication was amazing.

Everything worked very smoothly from viewing to delivery.

Serg and his colleagues from Rehome did an amazing job transporting and unloading our large kitchen from its original owner's house. To have dismantled it so carefully, loaded it, braved London rush hour traffic and unloaded it without any damage into it’s temporary home ( it will eventually end up in a holiday house in Ireland) here was very impressive. Great care and attention at all times. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Super efficient - both in terms of marketing and removal. Very happy.
