Very disappointing experience with Regus as a co-working space. Over the past 1.6 years, we’ve faced constant internet interruptions, no mobile signal coverage, and frequent landline issues. The staff often seem unaware of their own systems, and invoices are received irregularly, which creates unnecessary complications.
There is also a noticeable lack of senior management presence on-site, making it difficult to resolve ongoing concerns. Unfortunately, this experience has negatively impacted our business, even leading to the loss of clients.
Would not recommend for companies relying on stable connectivity and professional support, especially smaller setups that need reliability to grow.

This is my second review of Regus. I experienced unexpected additional charges and was billed multiple times within a single month at different amounts. Some of these charges did not align with what I understood to be included in my plan.
After disputing the charges and requesting cancellation, I faced difficulty getting clear confirmation and resolution. I have also been unable to remove my payment method, which is a serious issue. I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate channels. They will keep charging your card without your consent. Similar concerns have been raised by other customers regarding ongoing charges without clear authorization.
While a response was posted to my initial review, my concerns remain unresolved. They just post meaningless responses to save face. I recommend reviewing other customer experiences before proceeding.

- They did NOT refund the deposit/retainer even if the agreement indicated that they would.
- I made escalations through their app, emails, and phonecalls but it was so frustrating because no one was willing to help or take accountability, everyone kept saying that it's the other departments' responsibility and that there's nothing they could do.
- The customer care representative was nice to me only before I submitted my review of their service on the online survey, afterwards, I called in for assistance but the attitude implied that she was NOT willing to assist, or that I was being a bother.
-Despite leaving their space as spotless as you found it, they will charge you a ridiculous "restoration" fee.
- The space is well furnished and finished but frankly, their customer service is awful and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone who values how they or their concerns are treated/handled, especially in a place where they've paid a fortune.
